It is located in the old town of Pomorie on 5 Tsar Todor Svetoslav Street, in a building with an elevator on the 4th floor. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a built-in large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven, a stove, and a hood. The center is 5 minutes away, two minutes away there is a snack bar, vegetable market, shops, restaurants.

It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
