Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pomer

We spent a week at Antonio's. The place was extremely clean and looked even better than on the photos :) We were warmly welcomed. The location is great, we were at waterfalls etc. inland a lot, but also often on the beach. Everything is easily accessible by car. Restaurants and shopping are also nearby. The accommodation is quiet and you have privacy. We had a relaxing breakfast on the terrace every morning and sometimes saw a few animals such as rabbits in the field. The vacation was super relaxed accordingly! We have already recommended the place to our friends.

A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

The house is great, stylish and spacious. The terrace and the small enclosed courtyard are very nice. The house is very quietly located in a side street, it is not far to the center. Sonja greeted us in a very friendly way and gave us lots of good tips. We would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful time in Krnica! The house was very well maintained, lovingly decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Particularly beautiful was the small courtyard, where we could have a cozy breakfast every morning – accompanied by the soothing cackling of the chickens from the neighborhood. Maja was incredibly friendly, always helpful and provided us with many valuable insider tips that enriched our vacation. Thanks to our car, we were able to easily take great excursions – whether to Rijeka, the Plitvice Lakes, Medulin or fantastic beaches such as Cape Kamenjak. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation❤️!

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

Great location right at the heart of old Pula and its walking streets. The person who took care of us on behalf of the host was extremely helpful and a great commucommunicator, answered very quickly all our questions. The place itsitself was cleaning, pretty spacious and functional, but yet with a "cachet" and charm. Was definitely worth the price. I would go back and do recommend.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

Damir's accommodation is well located, lots of greenery and yet close to the center. A lovely walk into town. The place is well equipped and has everything you need. If you are over 1.70 m tall, you sometimes have to duck your head if you don't want to bump your head! Otherwise, the accommodation is worth a recommendation!

We had a great 3-night-stay with our two kids. They loved the turtles in the garden (behind a fence). Both Ferucio and Milena were great hosts and they helped us with our questions and gave us hints and informations where to go. Thanks a lot!

Patricija and family were very friendly and kind. Always response very quick whenever I have question. The apartment exactly as described, everything we need was available. The shops just few steps away was very helpful. We have a fantastic time staying in Patricija's apartment in Banjole. Highly recommended.

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

Clean, luxurious villa with pool, private tennis court, sauna, pool table, foosball table, etc. Quality of the facility very satisfactory. Contact with host and villa manager quickly, comprehensively and warmly. By car in about 10 minutes in the city center and at all shopping facilities. Security deposit: For young groups (under 25 years), a deposit of EUR 1000.00 must be deposited (cash or credit card). This is only very hidden in the listing and was not communicated by the host until 1 day prior to arrival. Here we wanted more transparency before booking, as the age group for security deposits is not specified in the listing. (Only "young groups" in the listing) Villa and host highly recommended.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastically beautiful accommodation in Labin. We traveled with five adults, two toddlers and a baby – and we didn't miss anything at all! The place is exactly as described in the ad and shown in the pictures – maybe even more beautiful. The pool was a real highlight, especially with the fantastic view we could enjoy every day. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything was very clean, well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which made our vacation even more varied. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you for this wonderful time!

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Gorgeous Villa, pool was amazing and the fireplace grill with outside dining table was fantastic. Each bedroom had its own shower and toilet. Coming back again for sure! Ivica was very helpful and returned messages right away
