Our Apartment is located close to the Peroj center about 3 min walk, there you have two bakery, two markets, one pizza place and one fish restaurant who is located directly to the sea (10 m from sea) a bike rental service is also very near the center. The small house is completly renovated in june 2016. and it is located just on a perfect position, 50 m from the pebble beach. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Our stay was really incredibly beautiful. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. The beach is right next to the property. Beautiful walks can be taken there. The bus takes you to the old town in just 10 minutes. Also a shopping center is only a 2-minute walk away. All in all, it was a great vacation.

Lovely small, tastefully decorated and air-conditioned accommodation - perfect for two people. On the ground floor are living/dining room, as well as kitchen, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs the bedroom and bathroom. From the beautiful terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the quiet bay, via the garden you reach the beach, which is only 50 meters away. Hosts Ingrid and Daniele are very friendly and helpful at all times. Brio the house dog, whose content of life consists of constant foraging, has also grown very close to our hearts during the stay. We can recommend this place and the hosts and would love to come back anytime.

This is a fantastic house, well set out and well equipped , surrounded by a pretty olive grove and resident tortoises! It’s only a few minutes walk to the sea, with beautiful pebble beach and clear water. It’s about 2km walk to pretty harbour town if you want more of a night life. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the bbq as the house was so comfortable. It’s also well located for day trips to interesting places, or boat trips to the Brijuni National Park. I really recommend Marta’s place.
