Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Polynesia

Kendall was a pleasure to work with. Space was fantastic. He even helped us out with our Turo rental and returned it to Kona for us. Extremely generous and we thank him dearly for that!!

The house was completely clean, organized and with a reception of flowers and delicious pineapple. The house is very comfortable, and cozy. Having a juicer for green juice was amazing, as well as a great blender. We highly recommend it!!

Love the location to go be down by the water all day. Really relaxing jungle treehouse.

Fantastic stay - best place to stay on the Big Island! What an amazing location, with a fantastic view! Private and relaxing, looking out onto coffee trees and the ocean. The place is everything that's promised and more. Great kitchen for cooking dinner if you don't feel like going out, an amazing outdoor shower, a GIANT TV for the times you want to just relax, and outdoor space that's private and tranquil. Everyone I communicated with was immediately responsive, and had suggestions for places to go (especially coffee farms), and responded very quickly. I can't recommend this place enough - we may be coming back again and staying here if it's available again! PS - the frogs: some people may love them, some may not like the noise. I didn't mind them at all at night, and had a white noise app in case they were very vocal (especially after the rain). Never did see one. Oh! And considering it's in the upcountry, no bugs/minimal wildlife, nothing to stress you out!

Incredible place! Beautiful gardens. Walking distance to beach. Great location for day trips. Jill has an amazing attention to detail and the spacious studio displays all of her artistic prowess. It's truly a sanctuary to unwind and chill out. Do yourself a favor and book it for as long as your vacation allows.

Debra and her husband (and her friendly dog Hoku) were all so welcoming. This is a great location a block from the ocean. Debra was a great communicator and responded quickly when we needed something, but also gave us space and peace throughout our trip. We will stay here again next time we go to the west side!! Also, great surf spots near by.

Great location and available amenities for our party of 6. We would definitely stay at Julie’s place again whenever we are near Hilo.

Had a really enjoyable few days stay at the house. This is clearly a house with lots of love, history and almost feels like you're staying with family. Lots of character and very traditionally furnished with unique furniture, artwork ect. Very much suits someone looking for a true Hawaiian experience off the tourist trail. The outdoor area is beautiful and the view is incredible. The hot tub is a nice addition and great for star gazing at night. The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking equipment you would need and the bbq outside was a great. We were slightly worried about the lack of a/c but as the sun goes down, you get a lovely cool sea breeze throughout and we wouldn't have needed it anyway. There is loads of wildlife around the house and area, very pieceful. Thank you

L'alloggio era piccolo ma davvero molto carino e dotato di ogni comfort. Suggerisco solo magari di dotarlo di un paio di prese usb per comodità dei turisti non americani come noi . Ma trovare il latte, caffè, granola e frutta fresca per la colazione è stata davvero una graditissima sorpresa. Anche i tappi per le orecchie assolutamente apprezzati visti i galli molto attivi nelle vicinanze. Gattini adorabili in giardino che erano molto coccoloni e giardino splendido con ampio parcheggio molto comodo. A due passi un caffè per la colazione e moltissimi ristoranti a pochi minuti di macchina. Per me una soluzione ottima a Kauai (isola meravigliosa!) e grazie Margaret per avermi consigliato il giro in elicottero. Esperienza MERAVIGLIOSA!

Jasmine was an incredible host! Extremely communicative and accommodating with our requests. She’s super responsive and is dedicated to making sure our stay was comfortable. I loved the additional beach gear she provided for us. I will 100% be back here!

Super close to the beautiful magic sands beach and only 10 minutes away from manta ray snorkeling which was an amazing experience!!! Nice central spot for all the stops we had planned across the island. Howard was so friendly!

Super clean, excellent and pristine furniture. The garden and the surrounding were fascinating. I was surprised to learn that we're allowed to use the barbecue grill and the bon fire but unfortunately had little time to use as there are a lot of things to do at the Big Island. Hopefully next time! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Really liked this place. easy walk on alii drive to restaurants and local spots. 2-3 local beaches nearby. pool and the black rocks behind it with the ocean view was beautiful at sunset. Exactly what was expected! Safe area. Loved the extra touches like the macadamia nut pancake mix :)

Loved this little spot! Only downside is the parking deal but that’s Hawaii for you.

Truly an oasis! Dana and Gregory are wonderful hosts and Rivendell was one of our favorite Air BnB stays. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked, the bed was so comfortable, and the hot tub was very well-maintained and heated quickly. Now for the best part! The landscaped property and waterfall made for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. We wished we were staying longer. Mahalo for the perfect weekend stay! We will be back!

We loved our stay here. My wife & I were both impressed with the room itself - great kitchen with new appliances , convenient coffee bar, spacious bathroom and shower, and very nice to have in-unit laundry with detergent supplied for us! The place also had all the beach gear you could need. Then, the resort amenities were top notch. Great pool & hot tub, lovely fire pit seating area with spectacular views, and great activities available like tennis and pickleball. There’s a bit of a walk down to the beach, but the resort offers complimentary golf cart rides that were always quickly accessible for us if we didn’t want to walk. And, getting down to the beach was absolutely worth it - gorgeous views! We will hope to be back again!

It was a lovely rustic cabin camping experience in a more off the beaten path area of O'ahu. Nohomai was very helpful and responsive, gave clear instructions on finding and getting into the place. The scenery was lovely, and a much needed nature bath. It is a different experience from a typical house/hotel, so make sure you understand the camping/rustic nature of the experience. We had a blast!

This property is absolutely stunning! You have the place to yourself on private property. The sunrises are spectacular & the night skies through the full windows upstairs and just breathtaking! We could see shooting starts. The house is very comfortable & functional. We enjoyed some citrus on the property & the sheep. The swimming spot was absolutely perfect! The trail down was doable & the ropes definitely help. This is a private swimming hole to yourself, we really enjoyed it! I highly recommend & will definitely be booking again in the future! Ashley’s mom greeted us to & gave us a great introduction.

Very unique experience. You are actually right in a jungle. With that you have some animals, insects, and noise. We had a small mishap with the ceiling when we first arrived but the hosts quickly took care of it and upgraded our rooms. The jungle rooms are a bit louder at night with the frogs and smaller compared to the other sites in the facility. Overall cool place and great hosts

Holly's place was exactly as described. The photos do not do it justice. Sitting on the patio at night in the hot tub or next to the beautiful firepit was extremely relaxing looking out to the tropical forest listening to the coquis exceeded all expectations. I also picked up several fantastic ideas for our upcoming home in the same area. Their home was beautiful and extremely well built and planned.

This was my second time staying at this property and it’s as beautiful as ever. Such a special spot - we loved being surrounded by the lush forest and enjoyed spotting all of the wildlife and animal friends. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful, peaceful, and serene spot just minutes away from the hot springs. The accommodations were as described and the host was excellent. If you are looking for a retreat from the noise of the world, this is your spot. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Pahoa...

great place to relax

beautiful, magical place, clean and fully equipped. friendly hosts and good communication before and during our stay. 2 friendly cats providing endless hugs and playtime for our kids. mesmerising views on lush greenery and sea. only downside, linked to the very humid weather these days, is damp or damp-smelling bed linen/pillows, and mosquitos. we will be back nonetheless, this was an excellent stay for us !
