Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

Nothing else to say. It was great. Good WiFi was important for me because I’ve been on Maui for work. Good WiFi was available. The back of the building was less than 50’ from the ocean. Great place to relax after work and to enjoy the sunset. Any appliances worked. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nothing to complain.

It was our first time in Hawaii. Family members stayed in a nearby hotel. I browsed Airbnb and came upon this spot and decided this was our place! Falling asleep to ocean waves and waking to glorious sunrises. Only about 15 minutes from the airport, walking distance to restaurants, beach, walking path, and a short drive to our kayak/hike and Lydgate Farms excursions. We were very comfortable and so sad to leave. We’d love to return to Kaua’i and would stay here again! Thank you Tom! Karen & Yvonne, Colorado Springs

I’ve stayed in Oahu many times and this place was right at the top! First and foremost, the most important thing to me is a host with excellent communication, communication was fast and thorough. The space is not big, but very effective. Very clean, very nice! The AC works amazing, I’m picky with AC and this was perfect! Nice shower and bathroom area. The balcony over looks the boats and sunset views are beautiful! There is an ice cream shop you can get ice cream and walk right over to the open area outside and watch the Friday fireworks. No need to fight parking. The parking was also easy, and best of all included!

We had a great stay at Gita's place. The view is incredible! The place is well stocked with whatever you need, whether it's beach and snorkel gear, kitchen and cooking tools, or just relaxing on the lanai. We had a small maintenance issue and Gita was very quick to fix. Excellent communication throughout. The noise on the street can be loud at times, light sleepers may need to get earplugs like my wife, but I had no problem with it. I'm a deeper sleeper. The ocean waves crashing can be loud too, but I find it peaceful and amazing. Overall we both loved our experience there and would come back next time without hesitation.

A wonderful house in a stunning location - supported by a fantastic property manager. I've been fortunate to be traveling to Rarotonga and renting houses for around 25 years and this is by far the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The house is cleverly designed with large open areas and sheltered terraces on both sides, with one opening to a courtyard with a lap-pool. The location is very private and quiet, yet gives direct access to the beach. The open plan living space works well for small or larger groups and the house is very well equipped. All that and an amazing property manager that ensured we were well supplied on arrival and responded immediately to our txt questions. Very highly recommended indeed. Now to plan for next year....

The only place we stay on the Big Island! Perfect location in the center of everything and within walking distance of the beach,shops, and restaurants. The house is immaculate with every amenity we needed for our 2 week stay. Allison is the best host we have had in our various AirBnB stays. She is friendly, proactive and helpful. The unit was comfortable and clean. The ocean view is great, especially during sunsets as it's facing west. Poipu beach is a short walk away. There was always plenty of parking available on the property. The only minor issues were that the coffee machine had some sort of questionable white substance developing near the water tray, so we didn't use it. Also, while the shared outdoor grill worked fine, the furniture was covered with leaves and dust, and generally looked like it hadn't been taken care of for a while.

Great location. Princeville is a masterfully designed community with plenty of walkways around multiple golf courses and spectacular views all around including ocean and Na Pali Coast. The apartment is excellent and feels like home away from home. Highly recommended if you enjoy nature and tranquility.

Wow. We are so blown away by this beautiful home. It's much better than the pictures and any Airbnb we've stayed at. We feel so much kindness and love Kerry & Justin have for this place and everyone who have stayed here. They put every consideration for each traveller. It has everything we needed and much more. The bed and sheets are super comfortable. When we entered this home, we immediately felt the space opens its arms to welcome us.
