An excellent place, quiet, lovely property, ideal location for exploring Puglia, equidistant from all the cities. The only thing that would be good is to renovate the kitchen and bathroom to make everything perfect...

Third year at Gabriele's house, very satisfied, very clean house and quick response in case of need, I recommend this house not only for its proximity to the sea, restaurants, the center but for the care in constantly improving the house and the friendly availability of Gabriele and his family. We had a very good time, a very quiet place just as we were looking for it, the room with bathroom and equipped terrace was as described. We were pampered for breakfast by Lina and Pietro with wonderful fresh fruit from their garden, zabaione, coffee, cappuccino, homemade jam, biscuits and cookies . It was a pleasure in the morning to have a chat with them.

One of the few times the place is better than advertised. John and Natascia have clearly put their heart and souls in to this property and all of their recommendations were spot on. Really a magical spot in a beautiful part of Italy.

Our visit at Masseria Misossero was truly pleasant! After we have arrived to the place Miriam showed us the house and explained how to take care of the facility. The communication was clear and fast when we had any questions. We were happy about the overall cleanliness of the house. It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the views every day. We loved the big pool. Thank you for the lovely stay!

I would like to note that this was one of the best AirBnB experiences we have ever had. The house and property were an absolute dream. Ideal value for money. Everything very very clean and wonderfully furnished, it had everything you need and more. But above all, I would like to highlight the hosts, such nice and loving people who tried very hard and were always there. I would describe them as absolute “super hosts.” We will be happy to come back.

Recently renovated villa, equipped with all the essential amenities, clean and tidy.

The house is huge - first floor has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a large kitchen. Second floor has a small kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a single bed in the living room. The trullo house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen + living room. We didn’t use the pools because it was raining. The veranda terrace is huge and the garden is also very large with a lot of tables, chairs, sofas and everything to make your stay more pleasant.

It's a perfect place to stay for big group. Large kitchen, dining area and living hall. Giovanni had been a great host. Prepare breakfast every morning and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Matera & Alberobello area.

We had a lovely Stay at Condi Di Pinure. The property and surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed all the outdoor space, loved the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The inside was magical. Well appointed bedrooms with luxury linens and towels. The kitchen was not only beautiful but functional with everything that you need. Very nice dishes, flatwear and cooking items. The sink even had on command seltzer water. Very nice washer and dryer area. This rental was nothing short of delightful and comes highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Perfect for two families sharing. Honestly everything you could possibly need is in this villa, we barely left. Communication with Ashley was always really quick and super helpful. If anything, I’d say the photos used in the listing didn’t do this beautiful property justice

This was our second stay at Cristina’s place. The villa is exceptional, beautiful, filled with authentic stories and very magical. Our host helped answer every question and even arranged cooking lesson with Carmela, Maria and Grazia. Pepino was stopping by to check if we need anything, he even helped arrange a haircut! The kids loved the pool! But the tennis court was an amazing addition for the adults! We played a lot!!! Thank you for having us and I hope to return once again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation, located on the country side, amazingly quiet but a short drive from a small and charming town (Martina Franca). The house beautifully designed , amazing atmosphere and everything is so comfortable. We enjoyed the house so much. Everything we needed and more. Every detail with thought and good taste. I adored the combination of the old trulli with new architecture. Our girls loved the chickens (that gave us eggs every day for breakfast), the sweet cats and most of all the big beautiful pool. Every day we travelled to surrounding towns and used a lot of Elle’s recommendations in the guide book she prepared and they were perfect. Maria Pia, the property manager, was great. She welcomed us when we arrived and gave good feeling that she was not far for anything if needed. We had a great vacation in Puglia a lot thanks to this wonderful house. I warmly recommend and I hope I will have the chance to come back.

I spent a month at Bruno and Poliana’s villa and would highly recommend both the villa and hosts. The villa is well located for visiting the surrounding towns of Martina Franca and Locorotondo, and the wider Valle d'Itria and is equipped with thoughtful touches. Had all the necessary facilities to spend a couple weeks of vacation whilst also being comfortable enough to work remotely too. Couldn’t thank Bruno enough for his recommendations (restaurants, places to visit), for his responsiveness to queries and going out of his way to make me feel welcome (such as buying and brining a new coffee maker).

Beautiful villa with a lot of interior and exterior space. Wonderful decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. About a twenty minute walk into the centre of town but also found a lovely cafe within a 10 minute walk. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we cooked some delicious meals here. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Massaria Fragnato - very relaxing and very well looked after by Paulo, Illaria and Daniela. I would highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful house, especially for large families and groups of friends - the pool is the best we have ever had and was a huge hit with the kids and adults!

Everything about Giuseppe's villa is perfect for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. There are no near neighbours, you have total privacy and the house was exceptional for its facilities, cleanliness and comfort. We were a group of six and the villa was easily spacious enough. There are two outside seating areas, so there's always the option of sun or shade, and the pool was large, spotless and always warm. We even had a welcome basket of wine, bread, tea and fruit on our arrival. The villa had an air of top quality accommodation. Giuseppe was great at communicating and flexible regarding our arrival time. Stefano, who looks after the pool and grounds, was a lovely guy and we had great fun chatting via Google translate! Nearby Cisternino is a wonderful whitewashed small town with great restaurants, but even in July wasn't overrun with tourists. We hardly heard another English voice. The villa is well situated to explore Alborobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare and the coast.

An absolute dream! The value for money is unbeatable – here you get a real Italian feeling. The surroundings are beautiful, authentic and simply perfect for switching off. Aleandro was the absolute highlight: He welcomed us warmly, was super spontaneous, always available and really gave everything to make us feel comfortable. The place itself offers everything you need – top equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a fantastic pool and the whole thing in a fantastic location. If you love Italy, you will be absolutely happy here. 100% recommendation – we are guaranteed to come back!

Immaculate property in a delightful area Angelo was the most charming and helpful host. He was in regular contact before and during our arrival and kindly collected our sons from the nearby station. On arrival at the villa we were treat to freshly made pasta and fresh mozzarella plus complementary wine which was a lovely start to our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for Angelo and he even helped us with my husband’s parking fine !! The villa has good air conditioning and an excellent pool with sun beds beach towels and outside shower. The villa is located a short distance by car to many beautiful villages and restaurants as well as sandy beaches. We enjoyed our evening visit from Angelo’s very friendly dog which was only for a short while . All in all one of our best stays in a villa it was very much ‘home from home’ and we would definitely return.

The place was just beautiful and peaceful, located in a very quiet area with amazing olive trees all around the property. The outside is just stunning, just the perfect place to recharge! The near by town of Cisternino is just so beautiful with lots of places to eat and drink! Highly recommend the place and the host!

This is a super holiday rental in every way, and we had an amazing holiday as a result. Starting with Davide, Paola and his team - there is a perfect combination between professional communications and friendly pro-active help/support. We didn't use many of the services on offer, but whenever we needed information and assistance (such as when we needed taxi bookings, etc), Paola was immediately on the phone to help us; before and after the holiday, Davide was a charming point of contact, eager to make sure the stay ran to perfection in every detail; nice cleaning lady trying to do her job unobtrusively; and so on. The location is amazing and the villa has a luxurious, beautiful style which still manages to maintain its charming, friendly ambiance. Stunning in every way (with some lovely design features integrating local/historical and contemporary style). Our 7 family members had a most wonderful holiday and Davide's rental played a major part in this. Thank you and hoping to return.
