This was the perfect location! It was private and peaceful and 15 mins from the man square. Rosalia gave lots of helpful recommendations and information for our stay!

We will never stay anywhere else. This was our first time to Venice. Edoardo gave us specific instructions how to get on a water taxi and where to get off. He met us at the station to help us with our bags and brought umbrellas (it was raining!). It’s 100 paces from Giglio stop to his apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds and linens were very cozy. It has a washer AND dryer in the unit and well as a safe in each room. On the water side of the apartment, singing gondolas go by and there are pretty flowers planted right outside each of the apartment windows. It’s like a beautiful movie. Just outside the apartment you can walk over a bridge and catch a gondola or through the streets of luxury stores 10 mins to St Marks square. It’s a 15 minute walk to almost anywhere you want to go. No need for a car or water taxi once you get to the Giglio stop. Edoardo accommodated our bags before and after our stay and advised us with travel to the airport. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay in Padua. The apartment has a great location, is bright and spacious. Silvia welcomed us very warmly and gave us useful information.

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. A stone's throw from all the main monuments. Amazing views of the canal and bridge. Very clean and equipped apartment. I'll go back without a second thought and recommend it without a second thought.

Helpful host who gave check in instructions in good time. Did not need to communicate much as we didn’t have any problems
