It has its 100-year history - the first mention of the building dates back to the late 19th century, documents speak of 1928 years of construction. The tenement house survived both World Wars and played an important role in defending the capital, so we made sure to display the original brick. We wanted to create a place where everyone can find something for themselves and feel good. Comfortable beds, a sofa bed, great functionality of the space provide both comfort and good conditions for work or rest. Next to the apartment there is a tram stop that you should get off while going from the main railways station if you wish to experience a tram ride. Bus stop it's 5 min walk. If driving a car, unfortunately parking in the whole district is payable from 10 am to 8 am and not too many parking spaces available but, no worries I can arrange parking just let me know in advance.Little bit about the apartment itself. A modern, 100-meter, two-story apartment in the heart of Old Praga, near the Royal Castle, Warsaw Zoo and the city center. The apartment consists of: a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a wardrobe, a staircase, a storage room and a balcony. We have additional sleeping arrangements for our guests: a sofa in the living room, a hotel extra bed, the so-called Jedynka, and a travel baby cot. In total, we can accommodate 6-7 adults. We focus on high standard and cleanliness. In addition, we have all the necessary accessories for small children such as: a travel cot, a potty, a bathtub, a high chair, kitchen tableware, a rubber reusable bib, a play mat for the youngest, as well as toys and books. The apartment is entirely for rent, there are no belongings of the owner left in it. At guests' disposal: washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, tea, coffee, sugar, salt / pepper. Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, pots, cloths, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets. Depending on the guests' preferences, I can greet them in person or leave the keys for them. The apartment is located in the center of the old Praga district, not far from the city center. We have everything at our fingertips: a pharmacy - 50 meters, a grocery store - 50 meters, a restaurant - 20 meters (bistro pod sowami, centrum zarządzania światem, bazar, boska włoska - all these places are famous for their very good cuisine), a large shopping center - 400 meters, the national stadium about 800 meters. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the subway, trams and buses and only 1 stop by tram or subway to the center. The distance to the centre can be easily covered on foot, via the Śląsko-Dąbrowski Bridge, which takes about 15 minutes. You can order breakfast and dinner: the cost is PLN 20 per person, the menu is set individually. At the request of tenants, we can also do grocery shopping and more, adding a handling fee of PLN 30.

Plus I am here, I will assist you to get anywhere you like! The only inconvenience is that there is a construction of new apartments just next to the one I owe, but... the work is done from 7:00a.m. till 6p.m. and the truth is with windows closed you can barely hear it...
