Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, hammocks, sun loungers, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

POPIELATO - ein kleines Haus (35 m2) mit Whirlpool für 4 Personen am Rande des Dorfes Grudza - 15 Minuten von Świeradów Zdrój, 30 Minuten von Szklarska Poręba entfernt. Von hier aus haben Sie ein fantastisches Panorama auf die Sudeten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer (davon 1 im Zwischengeschoss), Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Wir haben einen Kaminofen und einen Whirlpool der direkt von der großen Terrasse aus zugänglich ist. Das Brennholz steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Here you will find a view of the meadows and the majestic Spisz hills, and a few steps from us you will admire the beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with a beautiful emerald color of water. Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.
