The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

TRERUAN sits in a in a sunny south facing elevated position with an 180 degree view across Restronguet Creek and overlooking the water. The tide is in two thirds of the time, ideal for birdwatchers and paddle boarders etc. The Old Tram road below forms part of the mineral railways cycle track which runs to the north coast. Falmouth is nearby with its sandy beaches, scenic river boat and marine watching trips. The north coast surfing beaches and a selection of gardens are a short drive away.

St Ives, St Micheals Mount. etc Please bring bath towels. Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement, no dogs in the main season.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.
