Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Point Pleasant

Patty was amazing! This is the second time staying in her home, and again, it did not disappoint. It was nice that we knew the expectations and Patty shared information about the home before we got there. She has been and was again very responsive to any needs or questions. Her backyard is fabulous and perfect for reading in the gazebo, having coffee on the deck, or taking a cat nap in the hammock. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit, but that too was a great space! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother in law that uses a cane.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Excellent stay! House is beautifu, great location & the communication from the hosts is top notch! House is dog friendly, so there is some dog hair on the downstairs couch. The chairs at the dining room table are very wobbly.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Scott’s oasis was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. A lovely and cozy spot. We enjoyed our time there. The memory foam mattress made it hard for us to leave bed, SUPER comfortable lol. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Everything was perfect from the very comfortable bed to the outdoor space and our favorite- the balcony that was for us! We enjoyed sitting outside during the wonderful weather. Thank you for the lovely gift of wine as well. We felt so welcomed. We definitely would choose your place again and would recommend to friends.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

Domenic's apartment is comfortable, pristine and clean. Completely redone apartment that looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach house in walking distance to anything on the boardwalk. We will definitely be using them again!

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

The hosts were super flexible and welcoming! It was a crazy busy weekend around the area so I was so lucky to find this gem! Lovely spot, close to the beach and they provide so much to make your stay easy! Will definitely be back! Thank you !!!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

LOVED staying here! So close to the boardwalk with lots of attractions, restaurants and more within walking distance! Super clean, friendly condo in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here & well worth the price.

If you’re seeking artistic inspiration, look no further. Hopewell is a wonderful little historic town with a lot to see; my only regret was that I didn’t bring my professional camera. At night, close the blinds, sink into the wonderful bed, and wake up feeling positively rejuvenated. Thank you, Susan!

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

Such a cute place to stay in! As a solo female traveler I felt so safe and cozy! I had an issue with the hot water and within minutes , James took care of it. I loved my experience and would love to stay there again ! Thank you so much !!!
