Vacation rentals with a patio in Point Clear

This 2 bedroom 2 bath was very nice! Looked just as pictured & Ed made communication very easy!! 2 miles from Tropic Fall & close to a great strip for restaurants & stores..

I loved Jays place! It was so convenient and so close to all the restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We also loved using the gym and hot tub. They even went out of their way to help us get a package delivered to our airbnb that we forgot at home. 10/10 must stay

We had a fantastic stay here! We booked a last minute one-night stay for Memorial Day, and Jessie’s place did not disappoint. It was perfect for us and our pup! The bed was cozy, we loved the backyard and enjoyed being so close to downtown and easily popped over for dinner and a walk, and coffee the next morning! Jessie was easy to work with and was so helpful in working with us on a late departure time since there were no guests coming in the next day. Thank you, Jessie, for being a great host - we can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

I liked that it was on the beach and every thing was in walking distance

This was such a great spot! Everything was decorated nicely. Perfect for our couple getaway! The bayfront was a perfect place to watch the sunset.

This is a very nice condo. There is a beautiful view of the water from inside the condo. You can also sit on the back porch or walk down to the waters edge. The host called us and asked if we needed anything. He picked up water and coffee from the store and left it in the room for our arrival. He was available for us to text or call throughout our stay and directed us to several local restaurants. We will be staying again. There is a nice restaurant with beautiful views within walking distance that was affordable and delicious.

Greta host and a great home! The place was super clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The mattress was comfortable which is always a huge win when traveling and the place was fully stocked! So thankful for the laundry pod as we were able to do a load of laundry after getting caught in a thunderstorm. If you can’t be on the beach then this is the next best!

Super friendly host! Check in and check out was easy and straight forward. The place was clean and neat and exactly as described. We had a great time and will be back.

Beautiful home within walking distance to downtown Fairhope. Worked well for our girls trip with 5 ladies. The private pool and ability to prepare some meals was a plus. Great with communication and quick to fill any request- they even helped take a donation of clothes to a nearby shelter.

It was a nice house, very clean, and comfy made me feel at home. Host is very good at responding back in time and answering any questions you have.

Beautiful home that has been well loved by its owner. Lots of sweet surprises with extra living spaces, wonderful and comfortable furniture, great porches, private fence yard with lots of birds. Close location to downtown.. worked very well for my sister’s visit.

What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

We would definitely stay again . We loved it so much. Close by to downtown and to the soccer fields. My favorite was the porch . Such a nice spot . I’m coming home wanting to redo my porch :)

This was my second stay at this location. Love the waterfront location and quiet. Straightforward check in and check out, the air conditioning is nice and cool, the screened in porch is worth it—you can sit there and drink your coffee and watch the sun rise. Or sit there and drink and watch the sun set lol.

This property was perfect for our trip to Foley/Magnolia Springs to visit family. The location is peaceful, beautiful, and private. It is also just a short drive from all of the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We will definitely be back! The host was very friendly and reached out to be sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful inside and out and decorated beautifully.

Lisa's Governor's Home was an amazing find. Our family of four, plus our little dog, had a friend wedding in Fairhope and Lisa's was so close to everything we wanted and needed to do for the wedding. It is so nice to have a host who welcomes animals. We loved the spacious, ranch-style lay-out. The beds were so comfy, esp. after an 8 hour drive! Everything was pristine and in great working order from AC to appliances. It was so great to have info. about Fairhope as well as pampering amenities such as shampoo, soap, lotion, and beautiful robes. It was also nice to have technology at our fingertips with strong wifi and screens in bedrooms and living room. We hope to come back soon but thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in a delightful home in a special town. Cameron & Nathan Phillips

Overall great place to stay!! Linda gave clear instructions and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay within this price range!

Was such a beautiful place and beautiful view. It was amazing to be able to run up to the place for lunch and leave stuff on the beach because it was so close being beach front. Definitely recommend! The host Alison had amazing response time and accommodations.

This was my first time staying near the Fort Walton area and I loved it. It was only 20 minutes from town if you needed anything. The host was wonderful, check in was very easy, place was clean, beds were comfortable, what more could you ask for?! I would recommend this place to anyone. Would stay again!

Condo was very nice and clean! The view was amazing and loved watching the dolphins in the morning.

Robin was a great host! The place was so nice, clean, and welcoming. Very close drive to all the restaurants and tourist sites and right across the street from the beach made it so easy to bring stuff back and forth. I would recommend to anyone!

Great place, it was in a very accessible place. Lots of stores near by, the host was very friendly and responsive and the neighbors and families staying in the condos around us were super friendly and sweet! Fully recommend! We are looking forward to coming back to this same spot 😊

John was very helpful and insightful on everything. Everything about the place was near perfect all clean and plenty of room. Only 5 minutes from the beach and neighbors weren’t loud at all. Great place definitely recommend staying here. I would definitely stay here again.
