Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Polished wooden floors, eco cleaning products, full sanitising. Breakfast is included in the price - Homemade muesli, bread and yoghurt, spreads, tea and coffee.
