In the town of ETROCHEY in Côte d'Or, the Moulin sur la Seine, equipped with a wellness area with SPA and SAUNA open to nature, is ideally located 6 km from all shops. This mill, from the 18th century, is built on an arm of the Seine. Ground floor: Large equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms with fireplace and musical piano, bathroom and toilet. Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to make you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Gold Coast, this typical Burgundian hamlet surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this former farmhouse with a caretaker on site is equipped with a heated swimming pool, tennis, billiards and boulodrome, and welcomes you for the month, week or long weekend.

Your little home

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been fully renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
