Spent 6 nights in this nice clean apartment. We spent the evenings on the balcony and enjoyed the warmth and a glittering Naples at a distance. In the morning, crazy whistling swifts and eagerly chirping blackcaps, wonderful. Lemon tree in the garden below the balcony. Close to most things, yes we would have liked to stay many more days but we will have to come back later. Great with pick-up/drop-off at the airport.

my granddaughter and i stayed at Mattio's flat for 6 days, it was spotless, very comfy bed, nice ammenities. His mum met us outside as we arrived late,. very busy area but quiet once inside flat, also allowed us to leave cases on last day for extra 4hrs so we could look round befor catching late ferry. thankyou so much. Beautiful appartement in the beating heart of Naples. Nunzia and Mario were great hosts, communication with them was easy and Nunzia even gave us some recommendations of restaurants to discover naepolitan cuisine. Check in was super easy, Nunzia and Mario were there to welcome us in person with some treats. Thank you again Nunzia and Mario, it was a pleasure to stay at your apartment and to discover your beautiful city.

Stefano was a very good and helpful host. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and it was a very clean and nice. He offered to pick us up at the airport, gave us tourist advices and surprised us with water and snacks when we arrived. Extra bonus for helping us to storage our luggage after our check out since out flight was later in the afternoon. 5+ for the apartment and the host! Some streets was a little bit sketchy, but in general it was really nice with all the restaurants and it was a pretty good walking distance to the harbour and the train. Took like 20 min to walk.

Great location with a huge terrace overlooking the dome of the Basilica San Francesco…it's breathtaking as a view! It's in a great location. Both bedrooms are very comfortable…like home. Two modern bathrooms. When we arrived, it was the soccer final so the taxi couldn't go to the street of the apartment…it was a little more difficult but Antonio who greeted us was nice to take my suitcase…because the only point to consider are the stairs to climb which are quite steep and the apartment is on the top floor! We are in good shape, it was not a problem for us because we were happy to be in our quiet apartment!

Excellent stay during my time in Naples! Maurizio met us for check in and was exceedingly helpful with rooming instructions, local recommendations, and was always available to contact. The apartment was clean and homey, and located in close proximity to markets, restaurants, and the metro. Highly recommend!

Raf is a wonderful host. Very helpful and very informative. Checked to see if we had everything for our stay. Also helped with transportation. His friend Salvatore was a great help to take us to San Giovanni Rotondo and shopping all around. The railway station is a kilometer away and very convenient. The room is very clean and perfect for a stay in Naples. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much Nico! We loved to stay at your beautiful apartment. The terrace and the view is incredible :). Even though we had some delay because of some unforeseen issues with our travels Nico helped us right away and managed to make us feel welcome after arriving pretty exhausted. It has also been pretty easy with parking right next to the building! Would definitely recommend to stay here and make your Napoli-Trip even more beautiful!!!

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house is wonderful. You really need to take into account the hundreds of steps to and from the house, but other than that it's just wonderful!

It was very central to everything we wanted to see and Teodoro was a great host, if we needed anything he got it for us. Plus he has a fantastic pizzeria just up the street that was very convenient for dinner

The area is very convenient, both when arriving from the station by metro and for getting around on foot in the city, or even for taking the funicular to go up to San Martino. The building is a small condominium to feel at home in a part of Naples not yet dominated by shops and tourist spots. If you want, you can shop at the nearby supermarket. - Check-in worked great. We felt very good!

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this beautiful property! Nestled in the middle of a vibrant lemon and orange garden, the location was incredibly serene and peaceful. The natural surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway — it felt like a hidden gem. One of the highlights of our stay was the flexibility of the check-in process. The host, who lives on the same property complex, was incredibly accommodating and made sure we could check in at our convenience, which was a huge plus. The host was also wonderfully friendly, welcoming us with a warm smile and a tasty bakery treat upon arrival, which was a lovely touch! The property was well-maintained, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa was really nice and spacious. Best part was the most incredible views of Capri and the water. Caterina was amazing, she was always checking in and helping us book whatever we needed. She went above and beyond in taking care of us and ensuring we enjoy our trip. Only thing I would caution is that the villa has a lot of stairs, so be prepared to do lots of stairs during your stay! Overall highly recommend and would book again!

Mario's place was excellent. Great location with lots of places to eat and drink. The area was buzzing with life! The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Naples. Would definitely recommend!

We has a fantastic week at Marina's apartment. The apartment is in a very authentic location and there are many interesting things to do locally. The apartment is on the top floor and so has fantastic views across Naples. We sat for hours on the balcony watching the city. We walked up Mount Vesuvius, visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visited Capri on the Hydrofoil and climbed to Villa Floridiana. The apartment was homely and kitted out well. The bedrooms big and bathrooms good. The kitchen has everything for cooking a meal. Marina was extremely helpful and responsive. I broke a cup and offered to pay but she said to forget it. She recommended a great restaurant locally then checked later to see if we had enjoyed it. Naples is a very big and chaotic city but packed with history, culture and friendly people. We felt safe. You decide if you what a touristy island like Capri or a real experience in the City. We would recommend Marina's place.

The apartment with the most beautiful view of Naples. You can see the sea, Capri and Vesuvius. Naples can be a bit overwhelming the first day, but day two is much better. You are right in the center. Shops, pizzerias and coffee bars all around you. The apartment is really a home. And the owners Sal and Ros live downstairs. They are so friendly and helpful. Don't worry, you have your own entrance. If you want to experience the real Naples, book this apartment. We were with our three dogs and they were also very welcome

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

I loved the place. Stefano's condominium is a great spot to stay in Napoli. Very walkable area and safe, lots of restaurants and things to do.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Beautiful apartment in an inner courtyard of the historic district of Naples, with an amazing view of the hill… Everything was perfect: very comfortable bedding, impeccable bathroom and kitchen. Shops, restaurants and small market nearby. Possibility to walk around the city without taking the subway. We particularly appreciated the very warm welcome from our host, Qiong, and her husband. We dream of going back soon...

The location was exactly as described and clearly marked. It was also an easy walk to the airport for our early flight. The apartment was clean and up-to-date. Blocking out the street light and keeping the room to a temperature of our liking was also very simple. Alessandro was very communicative and flexible. We were able to check in early, and both check-in and check-out were very easy.
