My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Federica's apartment is simply perfect! Great location to quickly reach all points of interest, free covered parking right in front of the house, and what I really appreciated is that the apartment lacked nothing! If you are looking for a very nice, private location, with a large swimming pool, well equipped with equipment, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, home, you have come to the right place. You can hear the birds chirping all day, you can enjoy nature in the garden, a short distance from beautiful nature, walks, but also cities (including Rome, Tivoli, Rieti), etc. then you are in the right place. A downside; once you come you won't want to leave :-)
