The apartment is definitely well cared for, clean and well-stocked, guaranteeing guests a pleasant stay. Located in the center of Porto Ercole, a short walk from the port, it has all kinds of comforts around it, whether they are bars, restaurants, convenience stores or pharmacy. The owner, Francesco, was very kind and available by phone, ready to answer any questions. The only thing to note is that the apartment, precisely because so central, is in an area that in high season becomes limited traffic from 6:00 pm to 00:00 am. For this reason, the car must be left in the parking lots outside the traffic-restricted zone. Parking is still close to the house, within walking distance, but parking spaces are almost all paid for. The only time frame where they are not paid is the night from 00:00 to 8:00 am.

Tre Mari Cottage

Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

Excellent hosting, superb apartment with incredible views that you don't get tired of. Quiet and convenient. Huge sandy beach 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Ideal location for visiting the surroundings (archaeological site, term, etc.). We can only recommend this rental and the host's welcome. We'll definitely be back. Michel
