Una bomboniera di appartamento totalmente e recentemente ristrutturato e centralissimo, a due passi dal lungomare (200m) ma protetto dal chiasso dei locali direttamente sul porto. Fermata del bus sotto casa (per spiaggia della Feniglia, Orbetello..) e tutti i servizi a pochi passi (Coop, alimentari, tabacchi, giornali, gastronomie, farmacia, bar, boutique e ristoranti). Incantevole casa al mare situata sulla collina di Poggio Pertuso a Porto Ercole con enorme terrazzo arredato per vivere all'aperto, splendida vista sul mare, sui Forti Spagnoli e sul porto di Cala Galera. L'appartamento, che occupa un intero piano con terrazzo a livello, ha tre camere da letto e tre bagni, un ampio e luminoso soggiorno e una cucina attrezzata. Completano la proprietà una doccia all'aperto, barbecue e un posto auto privato. Vicinissima la famosa spiaggia della Feniglia.

L'appartamento è sicuramente curato, pulito e ben fornito, garantendo agli ospiti un piacevole soggiorno. Situato nel centro di Porto Ercole, a pochi passi dal porto, ha attorno a sé ogni tipo di comodità, che siano bar, ristoranti, minimarket o farmacia. Il proprietario, Francesco, è stato molto gentile e disponibile telefonicamente, pronto a rispondere ad ogni dubbio. L'unico aspetto da segnalare è che l'appartamento, proprio perché così centrale, si trova in una zona che in alta stagione diventa a traffico limitato dalle 18.00 a 00.00. Per questo motivo la macchina deve essere lasciata nei parcheggi che si trovano all'esterno della zona a traffico limitato. I parcheggi sono comunque vicini alla casa, raggiungibile a piedi, ma i posti auto sono quasi tutti a pagamento. L'unica fascia oraria in cui non sono a pagamento è quella notturna da 00.00 alle 8.00.

This place is fantastic! Fully and comfortably furnished—with a large TV, dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen, and a bed with a great mattress. Everything is clean and recently renovated, with lovely touches of handmade and antique decor that make it both cozy and unique. You’ll find everything you need for a truly enjoyable stay. And the outdoors are just as wonderful! Rolling Tuscan hills, vineyards, relaxing views, and a private terrace with stylish garden furniture surrounded by lush greenery—rosemary fills the air with its fresh scent. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. One of the most memorable places I’ve stayed, and I’ll definitely return to share the experience with friends.

Excellent accueil, appartement superbe avec vue incroyable dont on ne lasse pas. Calme et pratique. Plage de sable immense à 15 mn à pied ou 5 mn en voiture. Localisation idéale pour des visites des environs (site archéologique, terme, etc…). Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et l’accueil de l’hôte. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Michel
