Βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο όροφο μιας μονοκατοικίας σε κεντρικότατο δρόμο, 10 λεπτά περπάτημα απο τη κεντρική πλατεία. Αποτελείται από ένα εννιαίο χώρο σαλονιού, κουζίνας και τραπεζαρίας, με δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και άνετο μπάνιο.Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει μέγαλα παράθυρα σε όλους τους χώρους γι αυτό είναι πολύ φωτεινό και ευχάριστο. Το μπάνιο είναι σε μίνιμαλ στυλ με πλυντήριο ρούχων και καμπίνα ντουζ.
