Vacation rentals with beach access in Pococí

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo con una excelente vista hacia el río.

Carmen’s place is great. They helped schedule the night tour and boat tour as well as the pick and drop off from La Pavona. Place is right in front of the amazing beach. I saw hawker monkeys and lot animals within small walk outside the place. She gave a great tour to room and services offered. Little bit slow to respond but she will respond for sure. Highly recommend the place.

Was great. My second time staying with Henry as a host. Last time was the larger house. This time since only two of us I chose this riverfront place. Room was great. Hot water. Great AC. Big tv. Riverfront patio to watch the boats. Beach just a few steps away. Breakfast was huge and very very good beachfront. It’s a short walk from town and the boats pick you up and drop you directly at the house. Can be a bit of noise with the boats on the river. A lot of barking dogs etc. but I slept fine. The town is tiny so no matter where you stay you will hear these things.

Nous avons eu un accompagnement du bateau jusqu'à l'hôtel et pour chaque activité que nous avions choisi. L'appartement est bien situé, nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine. Jimmy nous a bien accueilli et il est arrangeant.

Great place. Everything as described. Only small thing to improve: Water pressure of the shower could be stronger. Thanks for your hospitality!

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en duidelijk. De service was echt heel goed met zeer vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. We mochten ook eens laarzen gebruiken voor een wandeltocht en ze kwamen ons melden en mee nemen op het moment dat er een luiaard vlakbij was. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles! 👍

Große, geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Cristina war sehr freundlich, hat zwei Ausflüge für uns organisiert und war immer gut erreichbar. Im Garten haben wir leider nur ein paar Krabben und Fische gesehen, waren aber auch nicht viel in der Wohnung, weil wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben, was meiner Meinung nach vollkommen ausreichend ist. Was ich nicht so gut fand, dass Cristina unser Gepäck aufbewahren wollte bis wir vom Boot abgeholt werden und es dann einfach auf die Terrasse gestellt hat, die für jeden zugänglich war..

Joli bungalow, simple et propre. Très bien placé, hôte accueillant, on partage la vie locale.

We (a family of four) spent a month here and really enjoyed our time. If you love nature, you will not be disappointed with the house or the neighborhood as you are surrounded by it in a very peaceful setting. We saw many species of birds pretty much every day (macaws, toucans, aracaris, oropendolas, and many more), had a couple of sloths living 50m away from the house, saw lots of cool lizards and insects, and found three varieties of poison dart frogs near the waterfall in the neighborhood. The pool is very convenient and the internet is good enough that I was able to work remotely from here for a month with only a couple minor issues with power outages. I recommend that you consider bringing an extra fan or two and plan on buying bottled water to drink.

Allan's home was a perfect place for us to stay while in Tortuguero. He was a very responsive host and the location was great. Nothing is far in Tortuguero. Clean and comfortable with a fully shaded patio which was SO welcomed during the heat of the day. Would book again for any future trip.

Mir wurde auf dem Weg von San José mein Rucksack im Bus geklaut. Janette hat mir sehr dabei geholfen mich zurecht zu finden und hat sehr viel Verständnis gehabt, weil ich am nächsten Tag direkt wieder los musste deswegen. Ich habe sogar mein Geld zurückgekriegt und nur für die eine Nacht gezahlt. Am Abend als ich ankam haben Janette und ihre Familie mir sogar ein Abendessen gekocht. Wenn ich das nächste mal nach Tortuguero gehe, dann gerne wieder bei Janette. Dieses mal passe ich aber besser auf meinen Rucksack auf :)

Heidy's place is a perfectly located, cosy spot from which to explore Tortuguero, relax and go to the beach. Less than five minutes walk to centre of town and boat drop off and pick up place, at one end of the street and beach at the other. It is also very quiet and private, we enjoyed using the patio for quiet meals or drinks. The beach is beautiful and their was a sloth one night in a coconut tree on the beach. Heidy had arranged for us to be met when we stepped off the boat and a local guide showed us to the flat. Heidy was always super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Please note there is no air-conditioning or hot water in the shower, but that didn't bother us, the fan kept us cool at night. I would love to come back to Tortuguero and hope to stay at Heidy's again.

Tuvimos una situación familiar de último minuto y Alonso fue demasiado comprensivo a pesar de que la reserva fue de último momento. Lo recomiendo 100%
