I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

This is a beautiful place in a quiet town atop a small hill. The view around the town is beautiful and ,for necessities the town of Freyung is nearby. The apartment was super clean and big with everything as per description. Host was quite responsive and accommodating. Although we did not speak German, she still managed to communicate with us all the necessary information. Overall definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful apartment! Check-in was super easy and everything was well prepared in advance. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable — we slept great. The view from the windows was absolutely lovely, especially in the mornings! It was such a nice touch to find books and even board games available for guests — it made the atmosphere feel even warmer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place very much. The apartment was spotless and everything you might need on a short stay was there. There is also plenty room for luggage, clothes and other things. Daniel was quick to respond when I had some questions, and very helpful when I could not find the assigned parking spot right away. Last not least, the apartment is light, airy and quiet, I can definitely recommend it.

Highly recommended! The "bathrobe walk" from the apartment directly into the enormously large and extraordinary spa, was like a little feel-good adventure. The equipment of the apartment, especially the quality of Bed linen/towels etc. is of very high quality. The area in which the apartment is located is super quiet and offers some shopping and dining options! All in all 👍👍👍

it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

The place is very clean and incredibly child-friendly — our little ones loved the on-site playground, which was a huge plus. We were allowed to spend 1 week in this great and quiet apartment in an absolutely idyllic location. Maria and her husband Frank welcomed us very warmly. A welcome cake was on the kitchen table and the apartment exuded a cozy tranquility. Our daughter was able to romp around carefree and play with the available toys. There was nothing missing to feel comfortable. The natural location was, among other things, a reason for us to vacation here. In 2 minutes you will be in the forest - just wonderful! There are also many opportunities to do things in the area. Frank and Maria also gave good tips on this - thank you also for that. Maria also let us in her garden, where our daughter was allowed to explore everything. There was also a hammock and swing. Heart what more do you want? We will most likely be back.

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

Petra and Marc are super lovely and accommodating hosts. The location is nice and quiet and you can run great. Shopping is a few minutes away by car. We really enjoyed the fact that the animals roam freely there. The wellness area is very nice and recommended, we booked the whirlpool and the shell (floating). All at an unbeatable value for money! Whether the room itself, the wellness area or the entrance as well as the common area: everything was very clean. We can recommend this place to anyone who wants a break from everyday life and is looking for peace and quiet and will definitely come back ourselves.
