We had such a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Livonia! The location was perfect—super easy access to the expressways, making getting around a breeze. We were in town for a birthday party at Hines Park, which was just minutes away - so convenient! The backyard was lovely and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the plentiful easy parking—no hassle at all! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the large dining table was just right for our board game nights. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a great experience!

Kevin’s house is exceptional. The location is ideal - just steps away from the center of Plymouth but in a quiet location. The house itself is beautifully appointed and has everything guests could hope to need. Overnight parking in the library lot directly across the street was not a problem at all. Kevin was very responsive and made the departure tasks light and easy. We would love to stay here again if we are fortunate enough to visit Plymouth in the future.

Very nice and cosy place for a couple. Clean and homely. Good place stay when visiting Ann Arbor or Detroit areas. Overall highly recommended for single or two people to stay.

This house is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need, laundry, tons of cook ware and utensils and lots of space. It’s so charming and clean, very a typical of an Airbnb. You can tell the car and time that was put into this place. The location might be the best part. We didn’t have a car for the whole weekend and we didn’t need one as this spot is close to EVERYTHING in Royal Oak, even Ferndale isn’t far away. Will book again!

So glad I booked the Little Yellow House with Liz & Zach for my recent work trip! it was in the cutest neighborhood, very quiet (lots of cute dogs around too!). Great location on the street making it easy to find. The house was so adorable too, great sized rooms and friendly layout for my sweet, old puppy to navigate with his limited eyesight. Felt cozy, well kept, and provides great amenities. This will definitely be a recommendation to friends and added to my favorites list!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vik's place for our daughter's graduation weekend. There was space for our whole family and it was comfortable for sleeping and hanging out. Very convenient to get to town and campus.

A great place to stay when visiting Royal Oak area! Had elderly family members with us and the 2 main floor bedrooms were ideal. Plenty of space and a nice backyard to hang out in. Matthew was a great host and very responsive. 5 stars all around!

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Kyle's place was perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy home cooked meals which was nice. The full working laundry 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was good to come home & relax after our long days of visiting our brother who was in a hospice in Waterford. What I loved most about Kyle's place was that it felt comfortable, spacious & homely. Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

The space was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious and comfortable. Our group of five adults enjoyed meals and games at the table and a movie night in the living room. The local neighborhood was very nice for walking. We enjoyed checking out a nearby park. Communication was prompt.

Nice and cozy place, very peaceful, and easy to access. Used it for an overnight stay for a concert and was very pleased! Ky had great response time as well!

This is our second time staying at Brandon’s for the Motor City Irish Fest and Detroit Feis. It was 20 minutes from everything we needed to be at the entire weekend. Great place for families with dogs. Nice walkable neighborhood.

Thank you, Amanda for such a wonderful place and in an experience for my family. We were coming on a visit for a shower on Saturday that my niece was having up in Fenton and at first thought maybe we booked too far away. Number one it could’ve been an hour away and it would’ve been worth it and it actually ended up only being 20 minutes away. Also, we got to take the boys out while the girls were at the shower to the shops, the outlet shops. Everything was fantastic.

Perfect location. Walked to Tigers game/ downtown and never used the car at all.

This house was absolutely perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. The backyard was so big, well kept, and I sat out there every morning on the deck watching my pup run and play. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but we did get to sit under the trees with my sister and enjoy the afternoon. Both sides of neighbors were friendly and quiet and because of the layout of the lawn, we could also set ourselves up for privacy.
