All instructions were very clear for check-in as well as check-out, very nice apartment with stunning sea views. Be careful, however, if you are looking for tranquility and calm, the road is busy and there are a lot of motorcycles! It didn't bother us, but I think it should be mentioned. We'll be back for sure!

The accommodation is very well renovated, tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts you need. The view of the port is beautiful, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people looking for peace and quiet.

The view is exceptional of the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

Beach very close as well as shops, restaurants etc. town center with the big market on Sunday morning 15 min walk. Possibilities to park the car for free nearby and do everything on foot ;) i recommend it. Perfect place for 2 people

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house for 14. The setting is very pleasant, and Jeanne was proactive, responsive and attentive to our needs. It was too short! It is necessary to organize access upon arrival, as the accommodation is further away from the pier. The electric bikes provided, with a trailer, were a real plus.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was unbeatable — with breathtaking views and the perfect spot to enjoy the surroundings and watch the sunrise/ sunset. It was truly relaxing. We were 3 couples and a baby. All the comforts were waiting for us. The terrace is exceptional! Don't forget the beautiful sunset. We went to get oysters next door. Halfway between Sarzeau center (very cute and everything to enjoy with a market every day) and Vannes. Thanks to Salomé for his kindness.

Functional accommodation for 2 people with a balcony that leads to Perello beach and the surrounding rocks. Ideal for lovers of the sea. Along the coastal path, after 10 minutes, you will find excellent restaurants, and all local shops. Ideal for lovers of hiking. In addition, Raphaël was really nice. We would definitely recommend this listing.
