We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location in the Old Town, everything was within walking distance, and it was a unique place to stay. While it's a fairly basic setup, it's perfect for a short stay. It was a comfortable and cozy home with a nice courtyard. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Great stay! Really central location and lots of food places and parks nearby. Zlatka's space matched the description and the great reviews. Cooking facilities are great apart from a microwave but the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cutlery. The flat was warm and quiet so easy to sleep. The price was excellent value for 4 football fans. Zlatka was really responsive to any messages. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly choose Zlatka's place again!

This is our second time staying in the building. The location is great and worked perfectly for us, according to the purpose of our trip. There's everything we could possibly need around. Unlike the first time, we have now come across the perfect apartment with the perfect hosts. Easy check in, very easy and timely communication. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures - comfortable, spacious and has absolutely everything for a short or longer stay. Cleanliness was up to par. We definitely felt almost at home and would love to stay again. We recommend! Thanks for the last day as well! :)

Nice modern apartment in a good location very close to the city center.

Wonderful apartment - it felt cosy and welcoming. Parking in the so called "blue zone" was not a problem as well. It is worth noting that the bulding does not have an elevator. Overall, we are very satisfied!

Lovely place and host. Whenever we go to Plovdiv we stay there.

It was convenient because it was about 10 minutes from the south bus terminal and 15 minutes from the old town. The house is a 1 +1 structure, but it's spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with tableware and cooking utensils, and the refrigerator is large, so I used it well. There is a dressing room in the room, and there are extra bedding and hangers, so it's useful. Both the room and living room had their own lighting and indirect lighting, so it was good to choose the situation, and there was a TV and a heater, so I stayed warm even when it suddenly got cold. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room and it is easy to use. It was nice to be able to walk around the tourist attractions, but it was also important to rest at the accommodation, but the living room was as quiet as an outdoor parking lot and courtyard, so I rested comfortably. It's a place I want to visit again. Oh, there are slippers, but it would be better to prepare personal indoor slippers.

The location of the house was very good. The living room and bedroom were convenient and clean for all your needs, the host was really caring

Great place to stay in

The apartment was perfect, very clean and had all the necessities. The host was very helpful, I reserved the apartment for my mother and he was very attentive to all her questions, and was very flexible with the arrival time. Thank you Boris.

The place is exactly like you see it,it’s very neat and clean.The only down side for some people may be the TV size. It could be bigger but I personally didn’t use it very much so it was fine for me. If you want private place you found it. There are several restaurants,small shops etc. and it is relatively close to the city center.

A lot of thought, care, and expense has gone into fitting out this apartment. Everything is tastefully chosen, good quality. Everything you could concievably want is here. Pillows are great (this is one of the most important points in an Airbnb for me). The sofa is very comfortable. The aircon/heater works perfectly. All the kitchenware looks brand new and high quality. I honestly cannot find fault with anything here. It is perfect. Kreme clearly knows what she is doing!! Also parking is very convenient (dedicated space off the street), and walkable to the old town.

We've had a short stay at Elena's place and everything was great. While the place isn't huge, the price and location more than compensate for it. There are all kind of stores nearby. The old town art district is 10-15 mins on foot where you can find all kinds of charming bars and restaurants. Personaly I would visit again for sure!
