Great stay at this studio. Clean, good bedding and functional. Ideally located and quiet. Possibility to do everything on foot (shopping, going to the harbor, views of the beaches,...). Free parking spaces 100m away. Close to beautiful beaches, pretty villages to visit and the GR34, customs trail. Very clear check-in instruction. Good communication, quick and cordial response from Julien. I would recommend it

We spent 3 nights at Kermael's with our two kids. The apartment is impeccable, very well arranged, functional and very clean. Kermael was very responsive and was able to advise us on what to do in the area. We'll be happy to come back if we have a chance!

Very nice accommodation, well equipped and close to all shops because it is located in the city center. The beach and first hiking trails are a 10-minute walk away. Didier is very welcoming and has very good tips for visits and walks. We highly recommend it.

Quiet accommodation surrounded by baby goats and some sheep. Boulodrome and badminton court accessible. Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel are nearby for beautiful walks. The accommodation was compliant, well decorated, functional and very well-equipped. Sylvie was welcoming and responsive. We recommend 100%

Joëlle was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house is extremely pleasant to live in, free of clutter and with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is also extremely well located in Perros-Guirec, minutes from everything, the best bakery, restaurants, markets, beach, port and downtown. Finally, the peaceful garden is very nice for a relaxing end of day. We highly recommend it for a family stay and we'll probably come back ourselves.

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

Very beautiful house with a large garden and a beautiful terrace, very pleasant when the sun is there. We stayed there with 5 adults and 4 children and it was perfect in terms of space. Antoine is friendly and very responsive. Thanks again for the welcome gift! I recommend it without hesitating!!

Very good stay with Véronique and Bruno, very pleasant and bright house located on the heights of Perros Guirec in a peaceful area but close to the port and 2 supermarkets. What a lovely and cute place to stay in Perros-Guirec! The house is clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Parking was free and easy to find on the street. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with one large bedroom in the main floor, with ensuite, and two smaller rooms up the circular staircase. These rooms share a full bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hosts, Sabrina and Sylvain, are delightful. They warmly welcomed us and provided an orientation to their home. Highly recommended. Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Stay at the start of the year, few tourists and that's great. Unfortunately, a lot of shops closed for holidays, that's the other side of the coin. Beautiful seaside walk to the village, beach accessible to dogs outside the summer season. Reserved parking space, it must be a real plus in high season.

Apartment matches the photos. Very functional and well-equipped. We were helped by our hosts at the last minute after a mishap with another rental and they were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks to them and I'll keep this address for the next time. I recommend it 100%.

The accommodation was perfect for us, rather spacious with very easy access (stairs or elevator). Very well equipped, very well located and private secure parking. Laurence was welcoming and available as needed. Please note, however, the mattresses are rather soft. It's not unpleasant at all but I had back pain for several days while I got used to it 😉
