Located in a green and quiet area, between land & sea, close to beaches, we welcome you in an authentic and carefully restored setting: a typical farmhouse of the Pays du Trégor, 56 m² ideal for 2 people (maximum 4), comfortable, with landscaped exteriors. Less than 1 km from the GR34, on the edge of the Vélomaritime, on the heights of the Pointe de Runglaz, 4 min. drive to the beaches and 6 min. to the shops. On site, possibility of equestrian reception with 650 m² quarry, stable and 2 boxes.

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.
