Small house by the sea with its enclosed garden, located 1.5 km from the beach of Guerzit, 4 km from the center of town, 15 km from Morlaix. Between sea and countryside: a beautiful, quiet and wild place. Invitation for exceptional Breton experiences: hikes, walks, water activities, ... Downstairs: equipped kitchen, bathroom (bathtub + toilet) and room to relax (WiFi). Upstairs the bedroom with a double bed + TV. Parking spot. 2 nights min No rentals in fall winter.

This ideal house is next to the beach furnished for 6 people. Access is via a large terrace where an outdoor dining area awaits you. the house also has a garden. Large bay windows to see the beach and cook in peace. Fully equipped with sea view, living/dining room with TV, wifi. Master bedroom with cupboard, WC, walk-in shower. A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, WC, bathtub.

the house is located at the end of our Breton farmhouse. Independent entrance. On the ground floor, a living room with sink, fridge, electric stove, washing machine, TV. Upstairs, the bedroom all in woodwork and the bathroom (large shower, sink and toilet). NB: in 2023 we transformed what was a room with amenities into a real small cottage. Breakfast is no longer included. Pets not allowed
