In consultation, use of family garden. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

The vacation home "Bellerose" in the "Maison de Greunebennet" extends over two floors. Downstairs is a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen with a counter. The natural stone floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can also be put together.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Our quiet, well maintained holiday home is located in a former holiday park. The 240 houses fit charmingly into the landscape. Approximately 5% of the houses are used for tourist ticks. Our holiday home has a garden, north and south terrace with great views. Adjacent meadows lead to the nearby forest. ATTENTION: from 01.01.2023 we have to increase the costs for the consumed electricity to 0.45€ per KwH!

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. On a truly beautiful spot in the hills of the "Pays de Herve" lies our old farmhouse (1850) with 3 nice holiday houses, each with stunning views of surroundings. The spacious apartment is suitable for a stay of 5 to 7 people. The rent is based on a stay of 5 persons. The 6th and 7th person staying (babies do count with us) pays 20 euros per person per night.
