In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, the geographical location of the house will allow you to discover a vast region: which extends from the Quiberon peninsula to the Rhuys peninsula. In addition, the exterior layout will delight all generations: deckchairs available and large green space with "play area" for children (swings – slide – trampoline)

Studio at the foot of the ramparts and the port. Ideal base for discovering Vannes, its intramural area and the Gulf of Morbihan. You will have everything nearby: the city center and its market (Wednesday and Saturday), restaurants, shops, bars... all while being in the quiet of a small condominium with character and exposed beams. The 18 m2 studio is fully equipped and newly renovated. The single sofa bench turns into a double bed. WiFi No smoking allowed

Studio with parking, quiet, near the port

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

Peaceful and natural tiny house

A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

I welcome you to my home, a very cozy little studio In a quiet and relaxing location close to shops, 20 minutes from the beaches - Carnac, Erdeven, Sarzeau and 10 minutes from Île de Conleau P.S.: I do not charge a cleaning fee. It would be nice to make the studio clean otherwise you will be charged €50. The studio is not suitable for young children. I do not provide towels. If needed, a fee of €10 will be required upon arrival

The apartment is fully equipped, bright and comfortable. It has a bedroom upstairs and a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as a shower room. It has a comfortable office space in the room. (Possibility to add a 2nd office on request).
