Toilet on the ground floor and upstairs, an equipped kitchen, a living room as well as an outdoor area for meals around a barbecue. The house is adjoining ours, we are available to give you all the necessary information about our beautiful region.

I welcome you to my home, a very cozy little studio In a quiet and relaxing location close to shops, 20 minutes from the beaches - Carnac, Erdeven, Sarzeau and 10 minutes from Île de Conleau P.S.: I do not charge a cleaning fee. It would be nice to make the studio clean otherwise you will be charged €50. The studio is not suitable for young children. I do not provide towels. If needed, a fee of €10 will be required upon arrival

The entrance equipped with a cupboard serves a living room with equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, 140 l refrigerator, microwave and grill, coffee maker, kettle, dishes...)
