We had a very good stay. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. Cathy had even prepared a portable crib and a baby bath. very fluid communication, I would recommend!

Very good stay. Small house with a courtyard to park the car and play outside. Clean and functional accommodation. Very good communication with Emmanuel. 7-minute walk to Parc des Expos. The bed is nickel, heating and bathroom perfect, blind and velux allow you to put the bottom and top in complete darkness. Not noisy despite the nearby road. You just have to change the duvet because super synthetic is too hot impossible to manage the hot cold. and revisit the staircase too steep for an elderly person, a very small one, or an aging animal. and add some cutlery. Well-located apartment, on the first floor without elevator, with secure parking in a very quiet building. It is true to the photos, with beautiful sea views. Well-equipped, it has a baby bed which allows us to travel light and with peace of mind. It's perfect for visiting the area!

Pleasant and relaxing stay in a nice bed with very soft sheets. There was plenty of equipment and basic food. Very good location in Concarneau, the nearby bar restaurant allows you to buy the newspaper, go for a drink or have a bite to eat. Easy walk on the cliff. Thank you for this trip!

We only spent one night at Patrick's but we enjoyed his place which was clean, functional and as described. Patrick was responsive and friendly, and flexible on our check-in schedule. The accommodation is well located in a quiet residence and we were even able to visit downtown Vannes (about ten minutes by car) for the evening. We recommend it!

Very nice and ideally located apartment near Pointe du Conleau! Super responsive and really nice host! Everything is clear at his place, really super well explained! we just have to let ourselves be carried away by his directions and enjoy his accommodation which is really super nice and very well organized! the little welcome attention is all the more appreciated! I highly recommend it and I would definitely take it back if I come back to Vannes. Honestly nothing to say... just beautiful things!
