Morgan entrusts us with his house, a house where it is good to live, which is not an empty, tasteless and lifeless accommodation, there is his whole life in it, his memories, his passions, his life and he gives us his keys on the principle of trust which is very pleasant in this "special" time. This house is very nice and its amenities allow a real stay of disconnection and relaxation The icing on the cake, Morgan is nice and not stingy about the history of his house or to give advice on what to do / see around his home.

Magali is a great host! Thank you for the different touches and useful information for the different tourist attractions nearby. The house is true to the photos. Very nice, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. The jacuzzi is the icing on the cake. I recommend this house in a peaceful setting! Perfect stay!

Accommodation as described by Marion and Simon, unfortunately we did not meet Marion, but Simon was very pleasant and we appreciated the effort he made to speak French. Very quiet place, many walks nearby, we had a good time and would not hesitate to return.

We had a pleasant stay for 5 with 3 children. The house is comfortable to live in, well furnished with a warm and pretty decor. The house is in a very good location for sightseeing and walking tours. The wood stove is nice in winter; the large upstairs space allows for nice moments of conviviality. We were welcomed by Marc: flexible and facilitating for check-in and check-out. Communication with Viviane is quick and easy. We'll be happy to go back!

well-located accommodation in relation to the expressway, 5 minutes by car, quiet... Mary welcomes you as if you were at home, with impeccable equipment and enough to make a first quiet breakfast... I recommend it with pleasure

Stay up to our expectations! Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Very nice bright. Very nice bedding. The heating was on when we arrived which is very nice. Very nice sea view from afar. Home not far from the center of Erquy. Beautiful experience!

Thanks to Françoise for her welcome and pre-host! Its flexibility allowed us to wake up in Carnac on Sunday mornings 😉 We were able to recharge in this peaceful place, and were able to take beautiful walks quickly accessible from the house. We had hoped for the functional Nordic bath in February but we are happy to retain the address!

We had a great time with the family at Goulven's. The calm of the countryside, the house is very well equipped, the bedding is very good. We all enjoyed the Jacuzzi at the end of the day. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice, spacious, bright apartment with double exposure, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Everything is set up for the comfort of the hosts. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The view of the harbor is a beautiful at all hours of the day. Virginia is very responsive to any request and question.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

Nicolas' accommodation is very well located near the port of Vannes. The accommodation itself is extremely cozy with nice decoration and super well-equipped. The living room is huge and super nice. We slept really well because it was so quiet... In short, everything was perfect... We'll be happy to go back.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Marie-Therese's who was a responsive, welcoming host and advised us on the activities of the surroundings. The place is peaceful and pleasant and we felt very comfortable there.

Beautiful villa, with magnificent ocean views. Even in rainy and windy weather we loved it. A beautiful walk from the GR 34, which runs along the entire coast, at the foot of the house. The villa is in perfect condition, the amenities of the house are great. Beatrice is a very welcoming host, who gives good advice about the area. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. You can go there without hesitation.

A wonderful week with family at Jean Michel and Marie's place. Everything is there to feel good. The house is impeccable, perfectly equipped, very well arranged and the beds are good. The location is ideal with the waterfront right in front of the house and the city center a 2-minute walk away. Thank you Marie for being there when we arrived and for these lovely touches! We loved Etel and will be back soon we hope!

Wonderful stay with family! Everything was perfect, you feel so good in Catherine's house. It exudes the well-being and human warmth of a large and beautiful family! We feel that this house is made to meet around a large table or in a small group in the living room. A beautiful soul that we were able to enjoy as 😍❤️ a family, beautiful moments of sharing and reunion, beautiful walks on the beach of rosaries or on the GR 34 ❤️

An absolutely superb place for a family holiday. As a family we’ve enjoyed a number of Airbnb holidays, but this was definitely the best. Geraldine is a brilliant host - warm, friendly & great at communicating. The cottage is out of this world - spacious, full of character, well-equipped & tucked away from the crowds. It feels like a well-loved home rather than a more functional holiday let. The surrounding area has lots to enjoy including the West Wake Park (only about 10/15 mins away plus amazing value for money), the beautiful city of Vannes and of course many gorgeous beaches. Or if you simply want to relax in the spacious garden at the back of the cottage on one of the comfortable loungers, enjoy the sounds of the countryside and recharge your batteries this is the perfect place.

A perfect stay in a quiet location with warm hosts We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in the fantastic vacation home of Alain and Carine, and can only say: It was absolutely perfect! The house is in a very quiet location that invites you to relax. The loving decoration of the house makes you immediately feel at home and creates a cozy atmosphere. Alain and Carine are extremely warm hosts who spoiled us with Breton cake during our stay. They were always available to us if we had any questions or needed anything, and at the same time pleasantly reserved so that we could enjoy our privacy. The farewell was difficult for us, but Alain and Carine made us feel like we could come back at any time. We look forward to being their guest again in the future. Overall, we can fully recommend this vacation home and give it the highest rating

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.
