A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surf) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holidays or weekends... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a cafe and the press of the day. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

NOTE that for the price of this independent room with bathroom, we offer you a kitchenette in the workshop on the ground floor at no extra cost (not very attractive but very practical: you are independent). Access to the studio is via a miller's staircase. the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a curtain and not a door. Hot tub for an extra charge and subject to availability
