For a first time on Airbnb, I must say that I was very satisfied. The accommodation was really very nice and the host Ana was very friendly. Knows how to receive guests in the best possible conditions. Also knows how to advise you and meet your expectations and requests. I had read the comments of previous people who had been there and I can confirm that this place is at the top as well as the restaurants around. We'll keep fond memories of it.

Great stay with our baby and our dog (note, garden opens onto that of the neighbors who are very nice and cooperative😅), the house is very well arranged with a sea view that reinforces the feeling of change of scenery and vacation! The location is ideal, close to the center and close to beautiful walks to Cap d'Erquy! We would 100% recommend this listing with very friendly hosts ☺️

We had a lovely getaway in Brittany. The place is in a great location. The place can be reached on foot via a great path on the Atlantic Ocean. The accommodation is also ideally located for excursions to the surrounding places. It is on a small side street and very quiet. Thanks for the beautiful accommodation.

Excellent stay on the water (well almost...) to end the year. The site is amazing and everything is nearby. The house is very functional and tastefully decorated. A property worth recommending!

very nice location with private pool halfway between the cliffs of Plouha l'île de Brehat and the Penthievre coast with Cape Erquy and Cape Frehel... for hiking enthusiasts a real plus. Not to mention the sea baths in Étables at Gobelins Beach or in Saint-Quaix. Thanks to Hervé for his info on the area, his availability and his kindness. The chocolate was delicious. The flat is very comfy and most of the equipment is bright new. The sofa-bed is really high class, effortlessly automated opening and very confortable. Ask where is the swimming pool when you arrive, it's at the back, behind another building of the same block. Once you know it is very accessible.

The accommodation is clean, with everything you need. This place has a small courtyard which is really appreciated. The place is quiet. For a quiet stay I recommend it.

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. This is an amazing home in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were perfect for a family of 6, we didn’t want to leave the house in the day. Plenty to keep the children entertained. Really fun with the tides. The waves come up to the house and you have the wonderful sound of waves all day. When the tide is low you can spend hours exploring the beach. The nearby towns are also beautiful. If it rains cost up inside and enjoy the board games with the sea at your doorstep. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We had a great time! The small house is exactly as described. It is remarkably well equipped, especially the kitchen where there is everything you need. We chose it because it was noted that it was suitable for children and babies: indeed, there are a lot of equipment (stool, umbrella bed, booster, change mat, bathtub, etc...) but also and above all a games room with blackboard, full of small cars and very nice antique wooden toys. Beach games (boules, shovels and rakes, balloons) are also available. Really nice! The little garden is very nice, even if it was still a little too cold for us to have lunch outside. There are small shops within 100 m (bakery, butcher, grocery store) and a really nice restaurant bookstore right next door. Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance (1.5 km), we enjoyed it.

Patrice welcomed us to her rental in every respect in accordance with the description. We were therefore very satisfied. The modern house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Gilles decorated the house very lovingly. It's like grandmother's home. It is very comfortable. The path to the shower goes through the bedroom. I would love to come back.

We had a great time with the family! The location is ideal: quiet with the GR, the city center and the beach… all within walking distance. Spacious and bright spaces. Very good communication with Aurelie who is very responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!
