I had a great stay, in this very well located, clean, very functional studio, with a view of the bay and the magnificent sea. Chloé and Jordan are super nice and very responsive hosts. I'd come back.

2 steps from the sea and close to the shopping street, crossroads city very close to the accommodation , everything is within walking distance. Dimitri's place is very clean and well-equipped with an layout that enjoys the surface while remaining comfortable. Very nice bedding, very well equipped kitchen . We did not lack anything Pleasant balcony when the weather is good. Some work with the neighbor brought us noise disturbances but Dimitri had informed us beforehand and we took the risk of keeping the accommodation without regret. Pleneuf beach is still beautiful and it has beautiful walks to do in the area. An address to keep.

Absolute magnificent appartement. Great views, various places in the garden where you can enjoy sun and scenery. Appartement is bigger than shown on pictures, spaces and modern bathroom and efficient kitchen. Last but not least Odile is a great host, very kind and helpful. For sure we will return.

Beautiful accommodation tastefully renovated and ideally located and with a magnificent view filled with serenity on Erquy Pier. Thierry remains an authentic character and absolute kindness. Without a doubt we'll be back!

The view from the house is magnificent. It looks directly out onto the ocean and it's a real treat to watch the sunset over the ocean from the terrace of the house. The rooms are comfortable, large and each of the two main rooms contain access to a bathroom. We were constantly finding hidden features of the house -- from artwork to glassware to books in the house. It's a pleasant walk into town, which features great restaurants and patisseries. We loved the privacy of a gated residence. Christian was really helpful with hints for restaurants in neighboring communities. We would definitely return and would like to stay much longer.

We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of mountain bike tours. Be careful though, you have to be quite athletic!(Do some cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.
