Vacation rentals with a pool in Plemmirio

If you want some peace and tranquility then this the place to go. Set high in the beauty of an olive grove the views are stunning and this stand alone property has sun and shade to enjoy it all. It is away from outside life and the driveway is quite long and is a track not a road but it’s worth the drive. There isn’t an oven inside so be aware when buying food in. You are not too far away from all the major towns. Noto is lovely and around 20 mins away and Syracuse which we loved was around 45 mins. Lorenzo was quick to communicate and the olive oil he makes is recommended and an ideal gift to take back home! Totally recommended!!!

Beautiful place and beautiful, Italian family that greeted us warmly. The place was a paradise for our 2 boys (4 and 2,5 years) with a pool, trampoline and private terrace. The house was sparkling clean and was very elegantly decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped, also with spices, pasta, water in the fridge etc. We really relaxed there and would love to come back.

Wonderful experience. Even before starting the stay, Claudio proved attentive and prompt in his responses. Valerio's welcome was impeccable, always available, full of directions and suggestions, his smile and kindness made us feel at home. As soon as you enter the property you feel on vacation: the atmosphere is one of total relaxation and every detail is taken care of with great attention. There is a garden with lemon trees and succulents, a swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella, a barbecue, a veranda, a back patio overlooking the almond groves and a huge furnished rooftop terrace with a 360° view of the countryside and down to the sea. The house is cozy, clean and has everything. The kitchen is stocked with lots of pots and dishes. The presence of water, coffee, sugar, salt, condiments, paper towels and toilet paper was much appreciated. You sleep very well thanks to the very comfortable beds, air conditioning and the silence that surrounds the property. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was absolutely amazing! Would recommend this home to anyone thinking of coming to Siracusa and would definitely like to book this accommodation again next time! Perfect!

Loved our 10 day stay here! The apartment was so peaceful and comfortable. Everything was spotless and was thoroughly cleaned again during our stay. Alberto and his team were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The kids loved the beautiful gardens and the pool (although a bit cold in April!). You do need a car….there is not a local food shop so you need to drive about 10-15 mins into syracuse. Not many of the local restaurants were open in April as it was off season, but we went into Ortigia which is a gorgeous town. Noto is also an easy 30 min drive and a stunning town for a day trip. All in all I couldn’t think of anything bad to say! Thank you

We had a wonderful few days stay. The house and gardens are just beautiful, even better than the images. Ketty the housekeeper was lovely and Francesca was very responsive. The house is situated 15 min drive from Noto so very simple to get to the shops etc. There are no shops/restaurants within walking distance but we were able to drive a short distance to get everything we needed. Would highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful and traditional Italian villa in a quiet and relaxing area.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Emanuela's. She was flexible with us for check-in by allowing us to arrive two hours early, which is very much appreciated after a long journey with a child. I thank her. As for her welcome, we were able to benefit from her kindness and she was exceptionally accompanied by her stepson who spoke French very well. In addition, she left us a post-it with the best restaurants in the area, but also a map listing the beautiful beaches of the nearby nature reserve. As for the setting, magical! In the middle of olive groves, the house is also equipped with a very well maintained swimming pool in which we bathed every day. The owners' house was close to ours but they were not present and we were able to enjoy it just for ourselves. Finally, about the house itself, it is new, well-equipped and the bedding is very comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at Paola's villa! The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room both inside and outside. The outdoor spaces were fantastic – there was a very large, lovely pool that made for relaxing afternoons, as well as great areas for dining and lounging outside. It was the perfect setup for spending time with family and friends. Do note that you’ll need a car, as services aren’t very close by, but this also adds to the sense of tranquility. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the residence! The apartment absolutely matched the pictures and was very nice! The pool was also great and was cleaned regularly. Communication with Lorenzo and Antonino was unproblematic and very pleasant. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Had a very nice stay of several nights in the 2nd floor apartment in this quiet house surrounded by a large oasis of greenery and with a beautiful and large pool. Sunbeds available. The hostess is always responsive and her family discreet. If you are a late riser don't forget a mask because the blackout curtains are not really and there are no shutters. The apartment on the 1st floor seems to have a larger terrace, at least with a view of the pool. Her 2nd bedroom has a real window and not veluxes like on the 2nd floor.

Nice place and good location. Hostless welcome and checkout. Limit cleanliness and average equipment (kitchen and poorly furnished outdoor space).

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

We spent about ten days on this very nice privileged estate. An ideal setting surrounded by orchards with cicadas and crickets. We have taken the apartment accommodation with the balcony which makes it possible to have a comfortable living space. What we also enjoyed was the calm away from the tourist mass in the countryside. This place is very intimate for couples in need of relaxing. The pool is really a plus to cool off and have fun. There are only twenty minutes to go to Syracuse or Noto. We were in a golden triangle. The caring hosts also welcomed us very well with a late and flexible arrival. They provided us with clear and accurate access information. Recommended ++++

We enjoyed our time and would like to thank Gianluca and his family, especially Maria and Sebastiano for taking so much care of the property. We have been invited to an Aperitivo with Sicilian wine and food, we loved it. We can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to stay around Noto/ Marzamemi. Gianluca is always happy to help and support where needed.

The property is beautiful. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay very much. We were traveling with a newborn so we ate at the home every night. The outdoor patio is magical. The pool is large and welcoming after very hot days visiting the small towns surrounding the home. We took a wonderful wine tour and saw much of the surrounding countryside and got to see the local wineries. The kitchen could use some reorganization and broken things replaced like serving bowls and utensils. We wished the pool was a bit warmer so those that wanted to swim in the morning could get in the pool as the nights cooled off nicely and in the morning the pool was very cold. Small things as the home really was a wonderful spot to bring the family. The air b and b team did a great job communicating and taking care of any issues we did have.

Martina was amazing. She listened to feedback and addressed it straight away. She assisted us communicating with locals and helped us overcome some problems and she gave us great local tips. You couldn’t find a more generous and caring host!

Our stay at Katia's home was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences for our family. Katia was extremely helpful and provided us with recommendations for everything you can think of. The local team were so kind and helpful - their welcome was warm and inviting and they were quick to respond to us, making our stay easy and relaxing. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed with every amenity one could need. The close proximity to Noto and nearby beaches was excellent. We thank Katia and everyone for a wonderful stay in Sicily! It was a magical stay for our family and one which will definitely bring us back.

Beautiful house, surrounded by nature and tranquility

We had a lovely few days at this simple but very pleasant coastal casa. The location is stunning and outdoor area is lovely - range of seating spots and outdoor dining space - especially if you’re luckier than us with the weather. Indoors is fairly basic but clean and everything in good order. Was pleasantly surprised with the herbs, spices and oils stocked in the kitchen. Villa feels very remote and private (electronic gate) and is down a fairly bobbly country road, though very close to Syracuse and well placed to explore Val Di Noto and the south coast (as long as you have a car). Host communication was very good, with a flexible check-in and a very friendly key holder on arrival. Was priced ok for three of us but if you split the cost between 5-6 it would be excellent value for money with that seaside location.
