Nous avons passé six jours fort agréables dans cette jolie maison isolée. La ville d’Ispica est toute proche. Nous avons apprécié la qualité, la diversité et l’abondance des équipements, en particulier dans la cuisine, au point où nous avons cuisine tous nos repas du soir. Le contact avec les propriétaires était sympathique et efficace. Une belle expérience !

Lovely, friendly hosts who are very helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs and made everything so easy. The property is great value for money. The property was clean and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is great has everything you need to cook meals, washing machine room also next to the kitchen which is great. The property is 20 minutes drive from loads of great beaches. Lovely outdoor area to eat and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind / 3 Jahre) ca. eine Woche bei Alessandro verbracht und sehr genossen. Insbesondere die schattige Terrasse, umrahmt von einem wunderschön angelegten Garten, war ein toller Aufenthaltsort! Die Spielmöglichkeiten für unseren Sohn (Baumhaus, Schwimmbecken, Kletterbaum, Trampolin…) sind sehr gut angekommen :) besonders beeindruckend war Alessandros Hilfsbereitschaft! An unserem Abreisetag bemerkte er den platten Reifen an unserem Mietauto als erstes und besorgte direkt eine Reifenpumpe - damit hat er uns die Rückreise gerettet. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Alessandro!

Réservez les yeux fermés 👍Nous venons de passer 3 nuits du 16 au 19 /10/2024, dans la Casa di Mauro , qui correspond totalement aux photos et aux descriptions. Idéalement situé près du temple d’Apollon , nous étions au calme dans ce logement charmant ultra propre, fonctionnel, équipé de tout ce qui rend un logement confortable et surtout décoré avec goût. La literie est ultra confortable . En outre , nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, Maria . Merci pour son écoute, sa pro activité, sa réactivité et toutes ses attentions qui apportent le petit plus magique dans la location… des bouteilles d’eau et des produits de toilettes . Merci aussi pour ses bons conseils et pour les excellentes adresses pour déjeuner et dîner. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Syracuse en plein cœur d’Ortigia et nous nous sentions dans le logement très à l’aise comme chez nous .…l’expérience nous a enchanté et nous allons revenir . Die Casa Nache ist extrem liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet. Sofort habe ich mich dort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Anna hat sehr rasch und zuvorkommend kommuniziert und auf Nachrichten immer super nett reagiert. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich absolut: sie ist fantastisch. Sofort würde ich wieder dort wohnen!

We were very positively impressed by the flat which looked on the square Regina Elena. 3 minutes away there was also Umberto 1st square who had lots of Bar pastisserie, Tobacconist, Restaurant and Pizzeria. We where luky enough to be there Sunday morning the 11th San Sebastian day we visited the Church tolked to the locals. They suggested a wine testing which was only 10 minutes away the location was beautiful. The evening after we had the pleasure of watching the fireworks in first raw from the solarium that looks strait to Regina Elena square. Overall a great stay , we enjoied the terrace soo much we spend all aur evening and morning breakfast from the local pastisserie . Thanks PINO.

Viel mehr ein Erlebnis als nur eine Unterkunft! Inmitten der Natur kann man abschalten, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge (Noto, Modica etc.) ist dieser besondere Ort perfekt geeignet! Anna war äußerst warmherzig und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir haben noch spontan einen Kochkurs gebucht, sehr zu empfehlen!! - Corrado war klasse und hat uns einen unvergesslichen Abend beschert ♥️

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful few days at Sofia’s. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating spots to unwind. We really appreciated the outdoor space which offered a great area to eat and chill. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the cute & friendly dogs. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Sofia was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Sofia’s is just a 10-minute walk to a nearby beach and a short 5-minute drive to other beaches and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend!

Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

A lovely, contemporary, comfortable home with great showers and comfortable beds. Our only issue was the distance from Noto, on a challenging road, which was much further than expected. Carlo and Stella went out of their way to respond to our needs.

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

We just had the most fantastic 9 days at Andrea’s house with our two girls. Andrea very kindly met us at the house despite our delays. We were treated to the most delicious housewarming treat of ice creams. This is without a doubt the best house we have stayed it. I am meticulous when finding a house for our family holidays. It was spotless clean, very comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool and outside space was a dream. We hired a car for noto, Ortigia ( use Andreas parking recommendations and boat company for a tour, Marzanemi and Aqua-beach. Velo cafe is a great spot for a nice coffee, granite (kids loved them) and bakery. It was prefect time to go an average of 24 degrees and no crowds. This is going to be a very memorable holiday and are thanks go to Andrea for a prefect house and being so responsive throughout our trip. Xx

What a wonderful place. We loved every single moment of our stay. The first part of the day we enjoyed the gourgeous outdoor area, the 2nd part we explored all the nice places that are in perfect reach from the house. So many nice places to visit. You need a car though. The house and the outdoor area were both immaculate clean and maintained. We we’re complemented with nice food and a bootle of excellent wine at our arrival. There was everything in the kitchen you need (incl vinegar, oil, salt, coffee, tea etc), there was shower gel & and shampoo - this is why I so much more prefer to rent from private people instead of an agency. Giovanni, Pietro & Carmela put so much effort and hospitality into everything, it just makes a hughe difference. But I also have to say, I am an AirBnB regular and what we experienced here was impressive. Everybody went above and beyond, you do not often experience this on that level. I would come back anytime, I can only higly recommend this place. THANK U!

This was my favorite place I stayed in Sicily. It's a short walk from some of the busier parts of Ortigia, but it was so quiet, even in the courtyard. There are regular shops in the neighborhood and the kitchen is well laid out and we were able to make a small dinner our first night and take it easy. It might be hard to tell from the pictures, but the courtyard really is private and open to the sky, a delightful place for morning coffee, and afternoon read, or a quiet nightcap. Our seven-year-old loved his sofa bed and watching TV to decompress after a long day of travel and seeing the sites. I can't say enough good things about Rita, who takes care of the apartment. She was helpful and engaging. We asked a bunch of questions about our arrival and her answers were timely and reassuring. She gave us clear instructions on how to get from the bus terminal to the apartment and gave us a warm welcome which set a pleasant tone for our trip.

Una estancia muy agradable. El lugar tranquilo y seguro y cerca de todo. La casa increíble. Perfecta para grupos con zona común y habita iones independientes.

Die Wohnung bietet einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick und die beste Sunset-View. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants liegt und es etwas laut ist - vor allem Freitag und Samstag. Alberto ist super freundlich und ist uns immer entgegengekommen. Die Ausstattung ist super.

Il nostro soggiorno nell’appartamento di Giuseppe è stato semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è bellissimo: moderno, pulitissimo e dotato di una splendida terrazza privata, ideale per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità e godersi il tramonto. La posizione è centralissima: in pochi minuti si raggiunge il cuore della città. E poi c’è Giuseppe! Ospite eccezionale, incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto con caffè e acqua fresca, ci ha aiutato a organizzare ogni dettaglio, dal parrucchiere alla lavanderia, e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli preziosi. Non è mancato nemmeno il pane fresco, e come ciliegina sulla torta, abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare la famosa caponata preparata da sua mamma: deliziosa! Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile, che consigliamo con tutto il cuore. Ci tornerei subito! Grazie di tutto, Beppe

we a really good time in ognina. the apartment is pretty big and all 6 of us had enough space. in april there is not much going on in the village of ognina what we liked about it. you definitely need a car here.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in a quiet part of Ortigia. It was just a short walk from everything, making it easy to explore and pop back when needed. The terrace was perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Lino was an exceptional host—he went above and beyond helping with transportation from Catania and offering great restaurant recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Vi havde otte rigtig skønne dage i lejligheden! Vi kan kun anbefale at bo der, og vi kommer meget gerne igen! Den er helt, som man kan se på billederne. Tagterrassen er helt privat, og den er virkelig skøn og en stor luksus. Lejligheden er godt indrettet, og der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Og en stor luksus at have udsigt til vandet fra badet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og fleksibel. Man skal kunne gå på trapper for at kunne bo i lejligheden. Placeringen var også fin ift. Ortigia, der var fem-syv minutter derned. Vi ankom med toget, og lejligheden ligger to-tre minutter fra stationen, hvilket var helt perfekt. Vi spiste is hver dag på et lille lokale is-sted, der ligger 200 meter fra lejligheden; Viola Gelateria.

We have stayed in many great AirBnB’s but we have never encountered hosts as wonderful as Mario and Jacopo. They told us where we could park within the ZTL; Jacopo came down to the parking lot when we arrived and insisted on carrying our suitcases back to the apartment. They had stocked the fridge with water, milk, beer, limoncello, snacks, etc. - all for our use, and even a home-made lemon tart made with their own lemons! The apartment was wonderfully quiet but less than 1/2 block from one of the main streets. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were very modern and well appointed. Water pressure in the showers was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The rooftop balcony was a delight. Our hosts gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, beaches, cafes, places to see within Ortigia and beyond. They even kept us updated on traffic conditions and suggested alternate routes. If you are planning to visit Ortigia, we recommend Casa Daphne without hesitation!
