Vacation rentals with a patio in Plemmirio

We stayed at Erin’s beautiful apartment in Noto and were blown away with how beautiful a place it was. The apartment was so comfortable loaded with lots of charm and amazing art work. We loved our stay and our host Elis was so fantastic and helpful. This place was super close to everything we needed and the Centro. Spectacular terrace with good views. Good communication throughout and I would recommend this place. Be mindful there are 34 steps, some with uneven rises to the apartment and another 10 to the terrace.

The apartment is in an excellent location, near to a bustling market and restaurants. We visited with an 11 and 14 year old. The apartment had plenty of space and the WiFi is good. We enjoyed a glass of vino on the beautiful balcony after a busy day, the kids enjoyed their down time in the apartment whilst we did this 😍 Siracusa Cathedral and the marina are within a 10 minute walk. We would recommend Schiticchio Pizzeria for the most amazing pizza and Mokrito for a fish platter. Parking is really easy. We parked in the car park opposite the apartment. They charge €15 per day. One of the highlights for us was having the market right outside the apartment, selling fresh fruit, vegetables and fish! The kids really enjoyed making fresh orange juice (bought from the market) in the morning with the manual juicer in the apartment. What a memorable break 😍

Thanks Andrea for a great stay! So many restaurants in walking distance and the perfect location to explore Ortigia. Andrea was very responsive and super accommodating during our stay. One of the most comfortable stays, very clean!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Our stay at Francesco's was fantastic. We were greeted with almonds from our own garden, the house was totally beautiful, clean and well equipped. We would have liked to have stayed longer and would come back any time.

We had a wonderful time at this place. It is very calm and relaxing. Both the inside and outside of the house is very nice. We already miss having our morning coffee on the terrace. By car it is very easy to explore the surroundings or find a nice beach. Manfredi and Alessandra were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Sebastiano's place is located in the old fishing district in Ortigia. Small winding alleys, small two-story houses. Everything is very romantic. The daily market (open 8 AM - 2 PM) is also accessible via a two-minute walk. The house is an old but totally restored house on two floors and a terrace on the roof. The description in the ad shows what it looks like. Everything in Ortigia is within walking distance. But public transport is also represented everywhere with small buses. And the train station is a 20-minute walk away if you don't want to wait for the bus. We had a wonderful stay at the house and were able to have breakfast on the terrace with a view of the beautiful old houses that are gradually being restored. The market was always an experience, and is also much cheaper for tourist souvenirs than in the tourist shops. All in all we had a wonderful 10 days in the house.

We stayed at Armando's for two nights and had a great time. The location is quiet, in the Syracusan countryside, near the beautiful beaches Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella etc. and a few kilometers from the beautiful but confusing Syracuse. The accommodation was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need, small kitchen, fridge, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a small entrance with table, chairs and umbrella, clothes rack, etc. Armando was very kind and helpful and provided us with great advice. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return to his accommodation.

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

Thanks to Michel Angelo for hosting us. It was just perfect. the house is ideal both for the location and its design and its services. we really appreciated the terrace, the proximity to the small beach at the foot of the family restaurant. The breakfast offered by Michel Angelo's mom was very generous and full of good intentions. This is the very spirit of what a host should be: generosity, responsiveness, professionalism. We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

When I get an AirBnB, I always hope to be comfortable and get a sense of local experience. Lucia's place went above and beyond. Personal touches that showcase the wonders of Ortigia, alongside her personalized recommendations made us feel like we were able to access the best of the island. It was an unparalleled location by the Duomo, restaurants, beaches, and beauty beauty beauty. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great setup for larger groups in the center of Ortigia, with two apartments connected by a central inner hallway. Very clean, airy, and the location was great, walkable to everything. The street that the apt is on - while accessible to cars - is super narrow, so we opted to disembark and walk from the main intersecting street instead when getting luggage to/from. Apt "A" has the larger living room and terrace access, with three bedrooms adjacent to one another, (one en-suite, two that share a bathroom) that open out into the street and a washer/dryer. Apt "B" is more like a loft, with a kitchen/dining/sofa bed, and a spiral staircase with one lofted bedroom (with bath).

We were only there for two nights, but the apartment is also suitable for longer stays, especially if you can use the large terrace, whether for eating, sunbathing, enjoying an aperitif.

Great stay in this nice apartment. Perfect location in the heart of the bustling Ortigia market, and the city's main points of interest. Very clean, two large bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect place to have as a base to discover that area of Sicily. Having breakfast in the garden outside looking at the sea was lush! Excellent recommendations from Salvo, Paolo’s son, who, together with his mamma, is an excellent host, being super responsive even after having left the property. Our personal favourite recommendation was the walk around Vendicari’s nature reserve with lunch in Marzamemi. Bellísimo! Grazie Salvo and mamma!!

Marco was a fabulous host. He bought an adapter for my US plug and dropped it off. Then wrote down recommendations for restaurants that were spot on.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
