Villa Chiara

Historic Villa from 1908, built to become a lemon and orange essence factory, which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. It is in fact possible to book both houses that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate internal courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests. The two villas have a different style, one is modern and the other is classic. The first, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, and by a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar, 55-inch TV, large sofa for relaxing with a breakfast bar, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an antique style, also with stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an impressive fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfasts and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other an attic overlooking the living area, equipped with a Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

This is a fantastic location to see all that southern Sicily has to offer. We loved the house along with it's beautiful surroundings. Our host was on site and extremely responsive to our needs. Very helpful with local recommendations and we loved the fresh fruit and vegetables offered to us as guests grown right on the premises; a very nice benefit to staying with Gioacchino! We will visit again:)

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Noto! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Noto! From the moment we arrived, Angelica made sure we felt at home, providing fresh water, coffee, and delicious lemons and oranges from her garden! The home itself is spacious, and beautifully designed, with a large kitchen and living room that made us feel right at home. The real highlight, though, is the stunning garden in the back, filled with citrus trees and plenty of space to relax. Our two small dogs were more than welcome, and they absolutely loved exploring the garden! Angelica was an incredible host, always available and full of local recommendations that made our trip even more special. If you're looking for a peaceful, homey, and authentic Sicilian experience, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return! Grazie mille, Angelica! ❤️🇮🇹

The house matches the description and photos. The place is peaceful and private since there is no one opposite from the terrace or pool. The view from the terrace is lovely. The house is impeccable, very well-equipped and well-decorated. It is also very spacious. Both the agency and the owner are responsive, kind and helpful. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to the first supermarket or restaurant, but it's not disturbing because the place is very peaceful and the traffic is very smooth.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

beautiful villa. There is a piece attached which is not yet in the pictures so you have a second large sitting area with extra dining table. upon arrival, everything was explained very clearly. Even though it was April, we already had a lovely swim in the pool. good beds and free cots. very nice kitchen. communication goes very smoothly. We had a top vacation!

Great place in an unbeatable location. Popular lively neighbourhood next to the market, local bars etc. And very close to parkings and Syracuse which is handy if you are using a car. Nice apartment with high ceilings and a XIXth century well-preserved flair. We were 5 and had a wonderful stay. Thank you Rosario!

We had an amazing stay at this house which is perfect for families, especially with small children, as it's located within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach which is just a 10-minute walk away, making it a great place to relax. The peaceful environment and large garden, filled with fruit trees like kaki and grapefruit, made it feel like a true retreat. The house itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Salvino, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. It's worth noting that while you can walk to the beach, having a car makes it easier to get around, as there aren't many public transportation options nearby. Would definitely come back!
