Located 10 km from Salers and Mauriac, 40 from Aurillac, the independent chalet also has a garage on an enclosed lot. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance.
