Monthly Rentals in Pleasantville

We had an incredible stay. We have already started discussing rebooking this every year moving forward now.

Both hosts are amazing people—very welcoming and made us feel right at home while we were house hunting. The space is comfortable, beautiful, modern, and spotless! We especially loved the TV with all the channels and the gorgeous backyard filled with birds—it was such a peaceful retreat. I would absolutely recommend this spacious and tidy place to anyone visiting the area who’s looking for a quiet stay away from the city, but still close to the ocean!

I am a fairly frequent guest at AirBnBs in Nova Scotia so I’ve developed an eye for the good and the misleading. Ulrich and Celine’s cottage is above the good! We enjoyed a peaceful weekend getaway which was exactly as expected in the listing but also it’s the little things that really make a difference. Like providing coffee, coffee filters, salt, oil and the overall cooking essentials. As for the cottage, beds were comfortable, views were stunning and the cozy vibes is just what we were looking for. I hope to return in nicer seasons as well!

Brenda’s place was awesome. You could tell that everything about the cottage was creatively thought out. From the skylight that allowed natural light into the living spaces, to the beautiful scenes from the bedroom, even down to the luxurious bathtub in the centre of the main restroom, the place was beautiful, inviting and amazing. We will definitely be coming back.
