I loved how close it was to downtown and Robert and Adrianna was very responsive If I needed anything and the home is very clean. I will definitely book with them again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grant’s place. The check in instructions for parking and getting into the unit were super clear and easy to follow. The space was comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked, though we did most of our meals out of the house to enjoy the great neighborhood! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was easy to use. The neighborhood was great with lots of restaurants and shops to explore. If I was visiting Austin I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thanks!

I loved the Airbnb reminds me of a downtown moderate one. It was a pretty decent and spacious size for someone who is looking for a solo stay or a couple up to two people stay.. What really kicked the place off to me was how big the apartment complex is and the amenities, make sure to use those when you go.

Our stay at The Bolm was exactly as we had hoped. The unit was cozy, comfortable and clean (especially the bathroom, which made us both very happy). However, we happened to stay during a record breaking storm that passed through the Austin area that unfortunately flooded our unit. When we came back to our unit and discovered what had occurred, the host and the co-host checked on us within about 10 minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive in finding us another place to stay. We could not be more grateful for their prompt response and care in assisting us during such a stressful event. We would definitely stay at another airbnb with these hosts in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay. Victoria made sure that everything was as it should be. The place was roomy and spotless. Checking in and out went flawlessly. It was very cozy and well taken care of. I’d most definitely rebook with Victoria!

I have nothing but positive things to say! Allisons’s space was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We were on a short trip but my partner and I could easily see ourselves coming back for a longer stay. Super impressed with the amenities and overall quality of the apartment. Really nice area too. Allison was also friendly and provided lots of info about things to do nearby. Great experience all around!

Carlos and team were great hosts- they were very responsive to our needs and delivered towels quickly when needed. They were also very helpful with parking, always replying in 5-10 mins. Apartment is same as the listing, although, the couch is a little small. They did have an air mattress available, however, which was helpful. The apartment was clean and well kept. Although, we did find one piece of trash on the floor + the bathtub could be re-painted as part of it is chipping. Otherwise, great stay! Thank you, well worth the value.

Martha was a great and responsive host. The location was awesome. Didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to do anything that I needed to take care of while visiting, plus lots of eating options minutes away.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The space was beautiful, super clean and really really functional for my 2 week stay. It had a huge walk in closet which was awesome. The location can’t be beat. Super safe and super quiet but in the middle of everything. I could walk to everything I needed including Whole Foods for all my groceries. I already tried to book again! This is a great spot, you definitely want to stay here.

Great place to stay, everything was just as described place was very clean. We will definitely be coming back here when in town again. Highly recommend this place!

The original property I booked had a last minute cancelation due to a in unexpected water leak at the property. Host was quick and accommodated a new location immediately. Even though the second place was at a great location, it was a level lower than the original liisting. Host was understanding of the level of service and gave a good discount on the new property.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

My family enjoyed our stay. Our 8 month slept so good. With no noise from neighbors. It was perfect!! I high recommend.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

everything thing was awesome. we just didn't like that we couldn't park by our apartment, and we had to register our truck every day. our host was on point. the place needs a can opener.

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!
