Monthly Rentals in Pleasant Bay

Beautiful area, clean apartment, easy access, lots of closet space, nice bathroom and view from small deck. Loved the fact that we didn’t need to bring our own bed linens, towels or beach chairs! A minor critique is the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen?) and a bit more comfortable. overall, a great place to stay and we recommend it! A great value! We enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. The location was ideal — quiet, close to the downtown area, and with a lovely view. We found the place to be well-stocked and very cozy. We enjoyed playing the baby grand piano and, were the weather better, would’ve certainly enjoyed sitting in the nice yard overlooking the bay. We had a great visit.

We have been coming to the cape in April for the past 11 years and the Rooster Cottage is by far the best place we've ever rented. The cottage and grounds were exactly as described and has a very well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and the master bedroom was bright and cheerful with an excellent mattress and plenty of closet and bureau space. Whenever we had a question or concern Dominic responded within minutes. The outdoor space offers privacy and a wonderful patio area with fire pit, outdoor table and plenty of seating. The outdoor shower was roomy with good water pressure and excellent hot water. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Dominic and Dale for such a wonderful exoerience !

We had a wonderful time! The place is amazing, comfortable, well-decorated, filled with all amenities and a “home” atmosphere. Trupti was a fantastic host as well, caring and helpful with our questions. We 100% recommend and look forward to visiting again!
