Waterfront vacation rentals in Plazhi San Pietro

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

Wir waren eine Woche in Idlir‘s Apartment. Der Kontakt mit Idlir und seiner Frau lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir reisten um 23:30 Uhr an und wurden persönlich und herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Das Highlight der Wohnung war die direkte Strandlage und der direkte atemberaubende Meerblick. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Wir können nach einer sehr erholsamen Woche das Apartment herzlichst empfehlen!

The sea view it was just stunning. The location couldn’t asked for a better one. Spotless apartment. We stayed for 6 days with easy access to any amenities. The host Roland, waiting for us nearly an hour prior to check-in as our plane was delayed and still made us feel very welcomed and assisted us with the luggage’s. Definitely going back in September. Trivdes veldig godt med både leilighete og sted. Var nesten litt vemodig å reise. Må bare anbefale Roman og kona som vert. Hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Spurte om henting fra flyplassen og det ble ordnet, også tilbake ved avreise.

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Wij hebben met 6 man een geweldige tijd gehad, Een lekker diep zwembad en mooie locatie dicht bij het strand. De villa zelf is mooi en ruim en zeer geschikt om met 5 stelletjes te verblijven. De foto’s van de villa spreken voor zich. Erg tevreden en komen graag een keer terug! ~ Rick veenstra

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Suela's apartament was spotlessly clean and as per description. Very good location, next to the beachfront and lots of shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Air condition worked very well. Suela was very responsive and answered any questions I had straight away. Fantastic host. There is a paid parking next to the apartament or you can park on the street. In short, we had fantastic stay in this apartament and is highly recommended. L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . Moc děkujeme za krásné ubytování, najdete tu všechno a ještě více než je standard, pračka, prací prostředky, toastovač a dokonce i voda v lednici na uvítanou i malá lahev vínka, hostitelka je velice laskavá a vstřícná, umístění je hned blízko autobusové zastávky a výborná lokace na autobus na letiště, doporučujeme a určitě se vrátíme!

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Saimen ist ein top Gastgeber. Er hat und bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Keine Minute mussten wir auf eine Antwort warten. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

We cannot fault this Airbnb. The place was spotless, had everything we could have needed and the building felt safe. The host was amazing, so great at communicating and making recommendations around the local area. The location was brilliant - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The road is slightly loud at night, but it was not a problem for us. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.
