Furthermore, the apartment is on the second floor of 4 floors building, right after villas of the resort. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away with a picturesque and relaxing view under trees. The parking is not an issue at this resort. Yes, it is free and you can always find a parking spot near to apartment.
