Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Havana

Muy satisfecha con el alojamiento, casa Colonial muy bien concervada, con patio central precioso, mucha limpieza, el personal de atención a los clientes es muy amable, la habitación muy bien en todos los sentidos, me sentí como en casa, sin dudas repetiría la experiencia.

Olimme 7 viikkoa Yolandan ja Barbaron talossa ja meillä oli koko yläkerta vuokrattuna. Heidän talonsa on upea colonial casa, alkuperäiset lattia kaakelit, upeita alkuperäisiä huonekaluja, mutta kuitenkin modernit hyvät patjat sängyissä. Oli kuin aikamatka Kuubaan , kun astuimme sinne. Ja kaikki oli niin puhdasta ja siistiä. Kaikki toimi erinomaisesti ja he pitivät meistä huolta, kuin omasta perheestä. Joulupäivänä he kutsuivat meidät ilalliselle ja Dominoa pelaamaan ja lähtöpäivänä he valmistivat ihanan Kuubalaisen päivällisen. Barbaron kautta saimme Kuuban sim kortin ja myös wifi toimi hyvin, kun teimme välillä töitä. Asunto sijaitsee niin keskeisellä paikalla Vedadossa, että meidän oli helppo kävellä joka paikkaan, esim Malecon, Plaza de la Revolution,joka katu täynnä toinen toistaan upeampia rakennuksia, monet ravintolat ym. Iso tori on aivan talon vieressä ja sieltä haimme aamiaistarpeet. Vieressä olevasta kioskista haimme joka aamu tuoretta mangomehua. Lämmin Kiitos kaikesta!

Great location, 2 blocks from Hotel Presidente. Attentive, kind hosts, breakfast ok. Recommend!

Muy complacida con el alojamiento! Extremadamente limpio y excelente atención de ellos! Muy comunicativos y listos para cualquier cosa que uno necesite, volvería a hospedarme con ellos pues quede muy complacida! Gracias Edelfio y Juana por lograr mi estadía muy confortable.

Nous y sommes restés une nuit à notre arrivé à Cuba et tout s'est très bien passé. Pedro & Mayra nous ont envoyé de nombreuses informations utiles en amont de notre arrivée. Mayra parle le français, ce qui a facilité la communication. Ils proposent également un bon petit déjeuner en supplément.

Una experiencia muy agradable, la casa y la habitación están impecables, decoradas con muy buen gusto y muy limpias. Yesenia y Mario fueron muy amables y comunicativos. Les recomiendo el servicio de desayuno, muy rico. Gracias por la hospitalidad :)

This is more than a Casa Particular, you really feel like family! From exchanging dollars, being provided a SIM card, tasty breakfast, keys for room and a safe, lovely terrace in the front and back, and nearby restaurants. What more could you want! We loved our stay and hope to return next year!

Loreley's place was great. We only stayed one night but it was great to have such a comfortable room (bed/pillows especially) to relax in after a day of travelling. They were very welcoming. Keti was there to check us in (we arrived very early as well) . The building was a tastefully updated 19th century home but the room itself was particularly well updated. Shower and everything in the bathroom functioned perfectly. Might have been the best sleep of the whole 11 day trip. Like most Cubans we met, Keti and Raoul were very friendly and took the time to chat with us about life in Havana. The location was great to be a 10 minute taxi ride to Old Havana but walking distance to a lot of great restaurants (Costa Vino was top class) , Art ( FAC very close by, we went twice) and dancing of course (gardens at 1830 for salsa). We also found a lot of small galleries and poster shops on Ave 23, 5 minutes from the house. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Property is beautiful and well maintained as noted by others. We felt right at home, Yanetxy was there to welcome us when we arrived. She settled us right in and had Dennis make us drinks at the rooftop bar. She was very knowledgeable about where to go, places to eat and what to see. The personal touch was very much appreciated and we would have liked to have stayed longer. The location was great for our needs, it was very close to other excellent Air BnB experiences. WiFi on rooftop also a plus (no internet card needed!). Overall it was perfect for our mother daughter trip. We highly recommend the property and would certainly stay again. In our opinion Vedado is the place to be! Thank you Yanetxy, Joel, Dennis and all the staff for your hospitality.

Doris' place is hosted by Magdalena who is a gracious wonderful woman! She is the heart of this Casa, along with her two children, and speaks wonderful English and French! Doris answered our questions rapidly before we arrived, and Magdalena welcomed us warmly. The room is in Vedado and has a private balcony with a small view of the Malecon; at present there is some construction ongoing nearby which is loud during the day, but with the door closed it is quiet - and at night it is also quiet. The room is comfortable and it feels as though you are staying with a friend. The neighbourhood is near a student area and it is not lively at night but there are always people around and I never felt unsafe; I walked solo to the wifi hotspot down the road at 11PM and had no problems. It is very close to the Malecon, and also to a wifi hotspot. It is a good 45 minute-1 hour walk to the core of old Havana but cabs are around 5CUC (it's a lovely walk though, especially at night). The room itself is a reasonable size and very clean with lots of storage space. The light is great, and there is a fan and an AC unit. There is a large shared bathroom that was meticulously clean, appeared recently renovated with a wonderful shower. Magdalena's breakfast was the best we had in our 10 days in Cuban casas. Magdalena got us a reasonably priced taxi to the airport on the day we left. I would highly recommend staying here! It was the most welcoming and homey experience we had in Cuba!

Definitely stay here for your time in Habana, it is really beautiful classical colonial architecture with excellent design touches and hospitality, as well as great coffee and breakfast. It is located in Vedado with many art locations and walking distance to famous hotels and views. The wifi is cheap and much more functional than other places. Enjoy!

We spent a very nice time in the house of Carmen and Enrique. They welcomed us very warmly and helped us a lot with good advices. We almost felt like being home! Nice and well situated flat I certainly recommend to book!

I have such a great time, Ana is a top host and the place is great. Spacious comfy rooms , nice terrace and garden, the breakfast is super good ! great value for offer ! . I contracted their taxi pick up service from and to the airport and recommend everyone to do this. The location is super, centric enough and with distance sufficient to break in the evening from the overflow of tourists and maracas . Great restaurants around at very good prices. Ana helped me to organise my countryside excursion , I safe time and money and enjoyed Cuba at max . I recommend this place 100% !

Perfect place to stay in Havana, great location, 10 min from old havana and 10 min from miramar area, the property is beautiful super confortable with beautiful ocean views, and very secured. the owners treated us like family and they helped with everything we needed like transportation or guidance for money exchange, places to go, etc, 100% recomended.

Very clean apartment, close to the old town. Excellent building administrator - Nicolas (and his wife) who helped me in many situations (e.g. when my iPhone charger cable was demaged or when I needed Internet access). Nicolas doesn't speak English but with help of online translator we were able to communicate and he was very friendly. Breakfast is tasty - 7 USD/day Cuban SiM card with Internet - 2 USD/day Bottle of water (1,5l) - 2 USD I do not recommend using the currency exchange offer - Nicolas proposes an unfavourable exchange rate.

la verdad sincera....te hacen sentir parte de la familia desde el primer momento tanto fanny como su mamá estuvieron disponibles todo el tiempo ayudando a cada duda consulta y sugerencias. la habitación súper limpia,sabanas limpias,aire,ventilador...un balconcito para apreciar la habana,hermoso. la ubicación es perfecta pq está cerca de todos los lugares turísticos a recorrer..a un par de cuadras del capitolio,asi que de 10. el desayuno muy completo y variado,pero sobre todo poder charlar con ellas de la realidad cubana familia muy muy agradable. sin dudas volveríamos al mismo lugar elige este lugar con confianza que no vas a fallar. gracias fanny y cris por el hospedaje y su amabilidad..fue muy lindo conocerlos y ojalá podamos repetirlo.

J’ai adoré être chez Ana et sa famille. C’était joyeux, solaire, facile ! J’ai beaucoup aimé ma chambre - je m’y sentais chez moi ! (eau chaude & sèche cheveux!) J’ai aimé la spontanéité de Ana, nos conversations et l’environnement (centro habana !) entre le Vedado et Vieja Habana, parfait ! Merci !

We had a lovely stay at Leya's. Everybody who was working there was very friendly and helpful . The room was authentically decorated and very comfortable with attention to detail. Leya also helped us with arranging transfers and exchanging money at a reasonable rate. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back!

Nos sentimos muy a gusto con M Esther y Javier! como en familia! La ubicación está en un punto central de La Habana, además cuentan con una planta generadora para cuando se va la energía en el barrio. y Siempre tuvimos Internet! por último, ricos desayunos según el precio de estos.. Delicia los dulces de guayaba qué prepara Javier y descatable la atención de Maria Esther.
