Cozy and comfortable basement apartment! Host was fantastic and location was great to hop on the interstate and get anywhere in KC. We enjoyed our stay!

Very thankful for being able to get in on a short notice after a cancellation of another property. The place was spotless when we arrived and we had a great time!!

We really enjoyed the house. Loved all the decor. The backyard was fabulous! We enjoyed sitting out there mornings and evenings. The location was great for going into downtown. We found several wonderful restaurants right around in the neighborhood that we enjoyed.

Really lovely place to stay — great, quiet, homey street. Inside is clean, comfortable, updated, has two living spaces, and comfy beds. Wonderful and responsive host. Would stay again!

Cute house tucked away toward the end of a dead end street - really loved that there weren’t cars driving by all the time. The back deck is magnificent and the yard is serene. Comfy beds were a huge plus. Train tracks nearby mean train noise every few hours, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Main living space couch and pillows are ridiculously comfortable.

We enjoyed this listing! This neighborhood was a great neighborhood to walk with our dog and 2 kids. Ice cream store plus many shops near by. Home was clean and updated

We had a great family vacation at Jenna’s home! She was extremely accommodating of our plans and even allowed us to drop off groceries prior to our check in time as we had other plans and food would have gone bad. All of the rooms were clean and tidy, and the open concept main floor was the perfect place to gather in between different events we had planned. We had game night at the large table, and everyone enjoyed pool and ping pong. Check out instructions were easy to understand, and we were able to get our things together without feeling rushed.

Mary Graces listing is probably one of the best, if not the best AirBnb I have stayed in. She was very friendly, and responsive. The unit is a FROG or Full Residence over Garage, but had all the amenities of an apartment. Comfortable couch, big television, good AC, stocked kitchen, and comfy bed (on the softer side, but that's what I like). Bathroom was the crown jewel, I'm envious of the shower head, and amazing water pressure, my Son enjoyed taking baths in the deep tub. Mary was very sweet and even sent us local recommendations of things to do. If you're visiting Worlds of Fun, you can't get any closer, don't think twice just book!

Absolutely magical stay! Holly and Leo have created something truly special at their hobbit-themed home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. Pie Time was absolutely incredible—worth every bite and every penny. The ice cream shop just down the street was impeccable—smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. And the coffee shop they own? A must-visit. The cappuccino was rich and velvety, and the avocado toast was fresh and delicious. The baristas were so kind, making the whole experience even better. We stayed during our anniversary, and Holly and Leo went out of their way to make it feel truly special. The shower was next level—such a relaxing escape. And sitting outside under the full moon, bathed in its soft light, was peaceful beyond words. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s a memory we’ll never forget. Thank you, Holly and Leo.

It was very comfortable to stay at Russ’s place. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. Nice large living room area. The pool was wonderful on the hot days we had. Russ was out of town but always available by messaging. We felt very cared for during our stay. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful Airbnb and had plenty of space for our group. Easy to get into and check out was very easy as well!

Overall it was a good stay. There were a few minor issues like trash left behind on the porch and the couch bed was dirty when pulled out, but Kevin and Ashley were responsive and took care of them quickly. The smell and noise were not anything the hosts could control, it was very definitely other guests in the same building who had weed and were noisy. It was not too bad, just definitely noticeable and more so because I have small children who were trying to sleep. As far as location, it’s right off The Paseo so not an area I’d “take my kids for a walk in” but good in terms of location for the activities we had planned and it was easy to get in and out of.

Ashley's place was great! It was in a great area very close to lots of good food and activities. We loved sitting on the deck in the front. It was a lovely setup. Ashley checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Glad we selected this Airbnb. Our host, Justin was super responsive. It took a minute to figure out the parking and check-in. Once we had it down, it was pretty clear. Justin answered all of our questions. We were impressed with perks and amenities. The apartment was clean, and met our expectations. My favorite was the arcade and the lobby on the lower level. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool, since we were short on time. The view was amazing! I almost forgot to mention the Pet spa, designated pet area, and Coffee Shop. Walking distance from Power & Light District, and T-Mobile Center. I will definitely book again! Thank you all very much! 😊

Loved our stay here! Super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The place looked just like the photos, and the location was great. Host was easy to reach and really helpful. Would totally stay again!!
