Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa Zicatela

We had an amazing extended vacation in Puerto! The condo offered stunning ocean views, and the small plunge pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. The Wi-Fi was excellent—I was able to work remotely the entire time without any issues on Teams or Zoom calls. However, I’d recommend using your own VPN since the network’s Wi-Fi security seemed a bit weak. My husband and I loved the open-living concept, which made the space feel airy and inviting. The only downside was the nighttime noise from clubs in Zicatela and some neighbors, but that’s expected in a lively party area. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely return!

Olivia is a great host and she was vigilant that we enjoyed our stay. The house exceeds expectations, I would say it is better than the pictures. All areas are equipped with every detail. Highlight that the kitchen has all kinds of appliances and utensils. We had towels to go to the beach, and the rooms had both air conditioning and a fan, much needed because of the warm temperatures of the place. What we liked most are the privileged views of the sunset from the little pool. There is no better place in Puerto Escondido to enjoy the sunset. The house was quite clean, since we had cleaning service every day, and you can also ask to prepare breakfast for you. The only downside I would put, is that with both the kitchen and the living room open, and with greenery, some unwanted bicho in the house may be necessary. Although Olivia's team worked it out quickly. I would rebook the place

Beautiful space with fantastic views. Very well equipped kitchen. Walkable to La Rinconada restaurants and the supermarket. Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment had everything we needed for a few days in Puerto Escondido. Gilberto was a fantastic host, answering our questions very quickly. The location is great, there were many restaurants and shops on the same street. It is a main street so there was some street noise at night, but that did not bother us. We like to walk, so we were able to get to various beaches pretty easily, but If you don't want to walk, getting a cab is very easy. I would recommend highly!

great place to rest, it has everything you need to be comfortable, and the views that drives the place spectacular, as advertised, the pool is very comfortable, widely recommended!

Very comfortable stay with a gorgeous view! My bf and I worked from home for two days and had plenty of space with the rooftop. Comfortable bed, great pool and AC. Appreciated how they provided us separate beach towels. The one thing is that you’re kind of in between La Punta and Zicatela. About a 20-30 walk to most restaurants and shops. We didn’t mind the walk, but are used to being a bit closer to more options when we visit.

La Jolla of Escondido was absolutely incredible. The home is stunning, with a private balcony overlooking the beach where we spent hours watching the surfers and soaking in the view. It was such a treat to have that kind of peace and privacy. Tim was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and made sure we got in safely from Oaxaca Centro. His wife even stocked the kitchen with fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great place with walking distance to a great restaurants

Everything was excellent, Marisol and Andres were always very attentive to us; with the best attitude and helpful. The house we loved it, it is private, clean and organized. We would definitely come back! Thank you very much for everything

This house in Puerto Escondido was a real gift. Since we arrived, everything was even better than we expected: it had all the promised amenities and several surprises that made us feel even more at ease. Everything was super clean, full of artistic details and decorations that gave it a very special touch. You can see the affection with who they take care of the place. The attention was quick, friendly and very close. We felt right at home… or better. We definitely want to come back!

What a beautiful villa! We were blown away by the view and the pool area. A short walk or quick taxi to several beaches in the area. Quite spacious and plenty of sleeping capacity. There were some bugs around, but that just comes with the territory.

We had a wonderful family trip at this amazing house. We were traveling with 2 young children and grandparents and had a very comfortable stay. The house is even more beautiful than the photos and having all of the common spaces outdoors was really special. It was such a treat to have Susana there to cook some fantastic meals and keep the house spotless during our stay. The house is also very well appointed and my Dad commented that it was the only Airbnb he has ever stayed in that had good sharp knives in the kitchen, which shows the attention to detail. We loved the location in a quiet area but close to the beach and some shops and restaurants. I’m already ready to plan our next visit!

Amazing family vacations. The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, is spacious , comfortable and the best of all is the spectacular oceanfront view. The internet is perfect for working and the delicious pools. Close to everything but without the noise of Zicatela. Lisete , who received us and gave us the super friendly depa (merci!!). This condo was absolutely beautiful, and the grounds were amazing... The pools and rooftop areas with palapas were really enjoyable. We appreciated being able to call a taxi from the condo grounds, which made exploring Puerto Escondido super easy... The condo was well equipped, everything you could possible want for cooking, relaxing, going to the beach, and feeling secure. We really enjoyed meeting Isabel, who was there to greet us, and to answer any questions we had... The surrounding area was great, and we were close to some great restaurants, fun bars and several fabulous beaches. El Centro was walkable, and we took short taxi rides to Zicatela Beach and La Punta. All in all, and absolutely perfect stay in Puerto Escondido! Thank you for everything!

It has a beautiful vibe. The housekeeper and greeter is so sweet, informative, responds quickly, and makes her self available if needed without hesitation. I recommend renting a ATV or a scooter to get around. I would return to this spot.

Very nice, spacious, well-kept, well-furnished apartment. The views from the terrace are phenomenal, ideal for relaxing! We had a very good time. Communication with Ellie went great, we got a lot of good tips and info for the stay. We were able to safely park the car in the complex. In the kitchen there is an extra faucet with filtered water, you don't have to buy garrafones.

All I can say is Stay Here!! The condo is absolutely gorgeous. I barely left the patio in our 9 day stay. The view was incredible. It was so nice to have a private place to relax and a private pool to chill off in. Melanie and Spencer gave us lots of helpful information about the condo and the local area. Andrea,who was our local host, was lovely and very responsive with any questions. She took such excellent care of us. I truly can’t wait to go back!

I highly recommend this beautiful location. It’s walking distance to amazing shops, food and two gorgeous beaches. When you need tranquility, you find it inside and outside of the unit. Isabel is attentive and hard working. ♥️ Five stars from us.
