incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jessica’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Jessica was incredibly helpful and informative, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her warm and friendly personality truly made us feel at home. A special shoutout to her mom, Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. She checked in regularly and made us feel so cared for during our stay. Both Jessica and Sarah created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. It was a nice experience in the house, as it has everything you need to be at ease. The house comes with everything shown in the photos and you can enjoy all the activities. The location is easy to get to and there's 24-hour surveillance My family and I had an excellent stay at the country house The host was very correct with all the directions.

Awesome experience!!!!The house is easy to find and security is good.The interior is also very nice. The host also prepared brand new utensils. It is an excellent part of the barbecue. The balcony on the second floor has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset!

The home is truly a gem. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful property with pristine views, mountains, the gorgeous pool and everything else we could've imagined! The home was equipped with everything we could possibly ask for, the kitchen, the bathrooms, and everythings else. Extra beddings, pillows and what not. Prior to our arrival, we wanted help with a private chef, tours, and local attractions, the host kindly set us up with everything and helped us like a personal concierge. Whenever we needed something, whether a minor issue, or more local advice, we were answered immediately and communicated with amazingly. I truly have no words to say but thank you! We will always be grateful for making our trip to Peru a memorable experience!

The place was super nice and big! Lots of games and a huge backyard. Orangel was very responsive and kind with us.

We just finished our stay at this beautiful house. It was everything you could ever ask for and was first class in every aspect. Sonia is a wonderful hostess, and has great attention to detail! She was quick to respond, and was always ready to help us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. We are a group of 20 people and we’ve never felt like we’ve had enough room for everyone, though our family had everything needed in this beautiful house. And I couldn’t leave out Sonia’s assistant, Maritza, was a sweetheart and was always there to help.

The house itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring spacious living areas that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the terrace was an experience we'll never forget—truly one of the most amazing views in Lima! Stephan was always just a message away, ready to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. His dedication to his guests truly made our experience exceptional. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, Punta Negra is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

Super good accommodation, good view with the jacuzzi and lots of privacy on the grounds. Ideal for getting away from the routine and spending quality time. There is a lot of mosquito and they should add repellent.

Everything was great and according to the description, the gentleman who took care of very helpful, only the loose mascotitas sometimes we had to take them out mostly for the food, the rest was great
