Our house is a typical Canarian earth house, built in 1913 and Historical Heritage, renovated in 2016. Located on the highest point of the hill and next to the Montaña Blanca volcano offers spectacular views of much of Lanzarote.

The house is located in a nice and quiet tourist complex in the center of Puerto del Carmen with private parking. There are 2 swimming pools with sea view and sunbeds. It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. The house has WIFI and smart-satellite TV and is 50 sqm.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. The 360 views are exceptional from the inside and unique from the outside. Ideal to unwind, relax, be touched by nature and the elements. 2 Story house in small village, 1 km from quiet beach, shops and restaurants. Private garden, courtyard garden and wooden terrace with undisturbed view over the ocean and surrounding countryside. Excellent area for hiking and cycling. Close to (wind) surf areas. Cancellations: In 2 occasions we have had to cancel a reservation. These were done within 24 hrs of the reservation. This was not our fault, but due to bad synchronisation with other sites.

Large, unique, spacious luxury Villa in Costa Teguise - Located in the quiet and most exclusive residential area of Ciudad Jardin in Costa Teguise. A guest checked into this villa on 30th June, 2016 and had this to say: "Photos don't do the villa proud --villa is unreal".
