Teresa’s home is a perfect holiday stay. The location is great, just behind the Biosphera with a taxi rank outside so easy to get about if you’re not a big ‘walker’ like my hubby. Teresa recommended restaurants and booked tables and taxis for us, as well as offering to put us in touch with medical aid when we went down with the flu/cough everyone seems to have. Would highly recommend Teresa as a host!

location is excellent, the villa it's self is very impressive, clean modern and has amazing views, shops bars restaurants within a 1 minutes walk, but still quiet at night! highly recommend

Debbie was very kind and responsive. She had great local recs. Plus a really cute dog! Really liked the restaurant down the street and highly recommend. We both agreed we want to be her when we grow up

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Alejandro’s beautiful apartment. We sleep deeply and enjoyed many hours gazing out to the wonderful view. We were in the centre of the resort , its restaurants and shops but it wasn’t noisy . We would highly recommend this apartment.

Die Unterkunft „Mi Oasis“ ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort fernab des touristischen Trubels. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt um alle Ausflugsziele auf der Insel zu erreichen. Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gibt zudem tolle Ausflugstipps für die Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

i have enjoyed at maximum our stay here. even though the residence is growded with expats, it remains silent and family vibe. the appartment is exactly as describbed and i want to add an extra point for the bed which helped me to have a great sleep, not something you find easy o´ an airbnb. The host is amazing. very helpfull and responsive. all in all, if you are a couple looking for a good deal with a mix of everything needed, don´t hesitate to give it a try to this place

We spent 11 days with Natalia and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is small, but it lacks nothing and is perfectly adequate and tastefully furnished. The terrace and the pool are of course a big plus, although we didn't use the pool as it was still too cold/windy for us. Checking in was completely unproblematic. Tias itself is in a great location and not a classic tourist town, which we really enjoyed. Ideal as a base for all trips. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

A lovely quiet location, with a private pool. Well within walking distance of everything. From shopping for provisions to bars and restaurants, all is there if you dont mind a little walking The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you like a little peace and quiet with the bonus of your own pool 5 yards from your front door.

Während vier Wochen haben wir die Unterkunft Meeresbrise in Costa Teguise genossen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge, die Busshaltestelle ist in ein paar Schritten erreichbar, sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und zum nächsten Sandstrand ist es ein kurzer Spatziergang . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet mit sehr praktischer Küche. Maria und Oscar sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die Kommunikation wunderbar unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr still, der Garten der Anlage wird gepflegt und der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Auch der zweite Pool mit Salzwasser ist ein Genuss. Waschmaschine funktioniert bestens und Reinigungsmittel in Hülle und Fülle vorhaden. Der Supermercado ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Special Event Sintflut: Wir erlebten ein heftiger Regenguss bei dem in der Umgebung viele Lokale mit Überschwemmungen und Stromausfällen zu kämpfen hatten. Die Wohnung blieb absolut unversehrt. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles.

Gustave is een super goede host. Hij staat voor je klaar, heeft ons snel geholpen met al onze vragen. Hij is een super enthousiaste en vriendelijke man.

Appartamento che si affaccia sul mare. Una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta+ bagno (provvisto di asciugamani) e divano e sala ampie. Ampio terrazzo. Molto luminoso. Daniel ha risposto subito alle nostre richieste, anticipando il check-in e lasciandoci un libricino con tutte le varie attrazioni consigliate. La posizione è ottimale per fare due passi la sera. Nei dintorni si possono trovare supermarket, negozi e tanti ristoranti sul lungo mare

A lovely well equipped modern apartment. Everything you have at home was provided there. Great location close to shops, bars, restaurants, buses & taxis. From booking to arriving was seamless as the host Marine gives very good instructions for your arrival. With that and the great apartment it made for a very relaxing holiday

Would highly recommend!!! Came for week with the family over October half term. The accommodations is very spacious with a great lay out. The flat is recently renovated so everything is bright new. The location is very central for restaurants and activities. The highlight of the flat is the two spacious terraces. The downstairs terrace we used every day for breakfast, the upstairs terrace was great for sub bathing, bbq and AMAZING views. The terraces are well sheltered which was great when you have an occasional gust of wind in October. Naomi was a great host, always responding to queries and was kind enough to let us have a late check out which was highly appreciated especially since we had delayed flights and were travelling with kids.

Dina and Borge were fantastic hosts. they met us on arrival which we love. we chatted and they showed us around. The apartment is faultless. so bright, so clean, decor chosen to calm and relax. The space both inside and outside is great. Having a second bathroom is a huge bonus. The entrance to the apartment is like entering your own oasis. We found the apartment easy to keep clean due to the design and the hot tub was spotless and a lovely bonus in the evening to unwind. We didn't cook much, just breakfast but if you needed to cook the kitchen is very well equipped. The showers were powerful, easily accessed and spacious. There was nothing negative about this apartment for us. Thank you Dina and Borge.

We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

Loly y su hijo una maravilla hemos pasado 4 días allí, te deja comida en la nevera para poder desayunar y por no hablar de las rosquillas hechas por ella.. una anfitriona como no había visto nunca. Estoy segura que si volvemos a la isla, que volveré, me volveré a alojar aquí ! Sois un encanto ojalá todos fueran como vosotros!!! Desde Valladolid os recomendaré a todo el que me pregunte !!! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to restaurants and bars. The host always responded quickly to our messages. We requested a late check-out and, although there was an additional charge, the host was very kind in allowing it. I would recommend adding air conditioning to make the stay even better. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
